INTERVIEW«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումը անակնկալներ է պատրաստել հատկապես գործող իշխանությունների համար։
«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն իր վերջին հարցազրույցում նշել է, թե իրենց գլխավոր նպատակը հայոց պետականության պահպանումն ապահովելն է։ Անդրադառնալով օրեր առաջ տեղի ունեցած նորաստեղծ «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության համագումարին և անելիքներին՝ Արշակ Կարապետյանը հայտնել է, որ պայքարելու են, պատրաստ են ամեն քայլի՝ միայն մի նպատակով, որ հայ ժողովուրդը լինի անկախ, ունենա պետականություն և ապրի խաղաղ։
«Այնպես պիտի պայմանավորվենք մեր հարևանների հետ, որ մոտակա 50 տարին մեր սերունդները պատերազմ չտեսնեն»,- ասել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը: Նա խոսել է իր պաշտոնավարման օրոք և հետագայում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմակիցների պահվածքից, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևից ունեցած վախից, հայկական պետականության վրա դրա հետևանքներից։
«Հարց է դրված մեր ազգի գոյության մասին. վստահ եմ, եթե մեր պապերը շանս ունենային մեզ հետ խոսելու, ապտակներից չէինք խուսափի, որ թույլ ենք տվել նման ղեկավարություն լինի Հայաստանում»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը՝ նկատելով, որ եթե 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խորհրդարանի ղեկավար դառնար, գուցե ինչ-որ օգուտ տար երկրին, բայց նա և իր թիմը հրապուրվեցին ծառայողական մեքենաներով, լավ ապրուստով, իսկ փողոցից եկած չտեսների համար դա չափազանց մեծ գայթակղություն է, մեր սխալն էր, որ փողոցից բռնեցինք, բերեցինք իշխանության։
«Երկրի ղեկավար դառնալու համար մարդը պետք է աճի»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը։ Նա նկատել է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է հայ ժողովրդին վախեցնել, որ եթե չկատարեն Ալիևի պահանջները, պատերազմ է լինելու, իսկ սա, հենց իր՝ Փաշինյանի, սխալների հետևանքն է։ Գնում է գյուղ, հավաքում մարդկանց, սկսում հիմնավորել, որ 4 գյուղ պետք է տալ Ադրբեջանին, քանի որ դրանք ադրբեջանական են, փոխանակ բանակցի, փոխանակ ընդհանուր հայտարարի գա, փոխզիջումներ կարողանա ստանալ հակառակորդից։ Ավելին, միջնորդին հանել է բանակցություններից, իսկ պատերազմում հաղթած Ադրբեջանը սպառնում է՝ չտաս, կխփեմ, ու չկա երրորդ կողմը, որ կարողանա զսպել Ադրբեջանին, իսկ երրորդ կողմ կարող է լինել միայն Ռուսաստանը, որի դեմ էլ Փաշինյանն այսօր աշխատում է։
Ըստ Կարապետյանի՝ սկզբից պատերազմում կրած պարտության և դրա հետևանքների մեղքը գցում էր զինվորականների վրա, հետո՝ Ռուսաստանի, որը հետ քաշվեց։ «Հիմա ո՞ւմ վրա է գցելու, երևի գյուղացիների՞»,- հռետորական հարց է տալիս Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
Նա նաև բացառիկ տեղեկություններ է հայտնել, որ բանակային կորպուսների հրամանատարներին հանձնարարել են ադրբեջանցիների ագրեսիվ դրսևորումներին պատասխանել «իրենց մտածածի պես», ոչ թե գրավոր հրամանով։ Դա էլ Փաշինյանն անում է, որպեսզի հետագայում այդ զինվորականների վրա գցի պատասխանատվությունը և կալանավորի։ Ավելին, մի քանի դրվագով գեներալ Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ Փաշինյանը չափազանց վախենում է Ալիևի «փիս ջղայնանալուց», մինչդեռ հենց հայկական կողմն է աչքի լույսի պես պահում ադրբեջանական գազամուղներն ու նավթամուղները, որոնք կարելի է զրոյացնել, ոչնչացնել մեկ-երկու ժամում, դրանից հետո Ադրբեջանն ինքն իրեն զսպված կպահի։
