2024 թվականի ապրիլի 10-ին Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան պետական սահմանի «Ներքին Խնձորեսկ» հատվածում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի առթիվ իրականացված ծառայողական քննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ՍԶ N զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, նշված հատվածում սահմանապահ ծառայություն իրականացնող վերակարգի ավագ Յ.Ք-ն, տեղեկանալով հովվի և նրա հոտի կողմից մոլորվելու հետևանքով Ադրբեջանի տարածքում հայտնվելու և հովվի կողմից Հայաստանի տարածք վերադառնալու հանգամանքի մասին, վերջինիս և վերակարգի մեջ գտնվող սահմանապահ ծառայողների հետ փորձել են հատել ՀՀ պետական սահմանը և վերադարձնել հոտը՝ այդ կերպ խախտելով սահմանապահ ծառայություն կրելու կանոնները, որն անզգուշությամբ պատճառել է էական վնաս, այն է՝ նշված սահմանապահ հատվածում սկսվել է անհարկի հրաձգություն, ակնհայտ վտանգի է ենթարկվել մարդկանց կյանքն ու առողջությունը, նկարագրված գործողություններն առաջացրել են պետության անվտանգության համար սպառնալիք, ինչպես նաև պետական սահմանի նշված հատվածում պատշաճ հսկողության բացակայության վիճակ:
Միջադեպի արդյունքում վիրավորում է ստացել Ադրբեջանի պետական սահմանապահ ծառայության զինծառայող: Ափսոսանք հայտնելով կատարվածի կապակցությամբ՝ միևնույն ժամանակ համապատասխան միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ՍԶ զինծառայողների կողմից սահմանապահ գործառույթ իրականացնելիս սահմանապահ ծառայություն կրելու կանոնները խստագույնս պահպանելու և նմանատիպ դեպքերը բացառելու նպատակով:
Ծառայողական քննության արդյունքներով ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածով առերևույթ հանցանքի մասին պատշաճ հաղորդում է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, իրականացվում է նախաքննություն՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները բացահայտելու, մեղավոր անձանց քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար:
