Արևմուտքը Փաշինյանի վրայից «մաքրում» է Արցախի հանձնման մեղավորությունը

«Freedom House» իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունը հրապարակել է իր տարեկան՝ «Nations in Transit 2024» զեկույցը, ուր զուգահեռներ է անցկացրել Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ուկրաինայի դեմ ագրեսիայի ու Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ հարձակման միջև՝ վերջինս որակավորելով «էթնիկ զտումներ»:
Զուգահեռներ անցկացնելով Ուկրաինայի դեմ Ռուսաստանի ագրեսիայի ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ադրբեջանի ձեռնարկած ռազմական գործողությունների միջև՝ զեկույցը փաստում է. «2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին ադրբեջանական ռեժիմի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ վերջնական հարձակման հիմնական պատճառն ամենևին էլ 2022 թվականի փետրվարին [տեղի ունեցած] Ուկրաինա Կրեմլի ներխուժումը չէր: Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը վաղուց էր բացահայտ կերպով խոսում հայկական անկլավի դե ֆակտո անկախությունը վերացնելու իր մտադրության մասին»,- ընդգծում է զեկույցը՝ հավելելով, թե, այդուհանդերձ, Ուկրաինայի վրա Ռուսաստանի հարձակումը հնարավորության դուռ բացեց [Ադրբեջանի համար] նվաճելու Լեռնաին Ղարաբաղը, քանի որ «Կրեմլի ուշադրությունն ու ռեսուրսները շեղվեցին Կովկասում իր խաղաղապահ պարտավորություններից, իսկ ժողովրդավարական աշխարհը կլանված էր Կիևին աջակցելու ուղղությամբ»: Զեկույցը փաստում է՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում դե ֆակտո իշխանության ու պաշտպանության համակարգի փլուզումը հարկադրեց 120 հազար հայերին հեռանալ՝ «իրենց կյանքը փրկելու համար»: Զեկույցը դա որակել է որպես «էթնիկ զտումներ»:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ «Freedom House» իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունը ֆինանսավորվում է ԱՄՆ Պետդեպի կողմից և այս զեկույցը լավագույնս ի ցույց է դնում այն նարատիվները, որոնք Վաշինգտոնը վերջին շրջանում ակտիվորեն շրջանառում է: Զեկույցի գլխավոր նպատակը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին մաքրելն է և Արցախի հանձնման այլ մեղավորների նշանակումը: Այդ մեղավորները, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ավտորիտար Ալիևն էր, իհարկե ռուսները և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում դե ֆակտո իշխանության ու պաշտպանության համակարգի փլուզումը: Ընդ որում, զեկույցում առկա է նաև կշտամբանք ԵՄ–ի հանդեպ․ «Freedom House»-ը եվրոպացիներին մեղադրում է Ալիևի դեմ սանկցիաներ կիրառելուց հրաժարվելու մեջ, կարծես ԱՄՆ-ն ինքն արդեն սանկցիաներով խեղդամահ է արել Բաքվի վարչակարգին: Այս զեկույցը Փաշինյանի արևմտյան կուրատորների՝ Արցախի վերջնական հանձնումը ռուսական կողմի գրպանը գցելու հերթական փորձն է, նրանք, անշուշտ, մոռանում են հիշատակել, թե՛ այն հանգամանքը, որ Պրահայում Փաշինյանը փաստացի ճանաչել էր Արցախը Ադրբեջանի կազմում, թե՛ այն, որ վերջինս պարբերաբար հղում էր անում Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրին՝ դրանով իսկ ազատելով Բաքվի ձեռքերը նոր ագրեսիայի համար: Մոռանում են նաև հիշատակել, որ Արցախի պաշտպանության համակարգի փլուզման պատճառներից մեկն էլ այն էր, որ Երևանը որևէ կերպ չաջակցեց ադրբեջանցի ագրեսորի դեմ կենաց-մահու կռիվ տվող արցախցիներին:
