Կրակոցներ՝ Արարատի մարզում․ կա վիրավոր

Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 12-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 12։40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արարատ քաղաքի Աղբյուր Սերոբ փողոցում կրակոցներ են հնչել և կա վիրավոր։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանը, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Մամիկոն Հակոբյանը, ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի պետ Ֆիլիպպ Ստեփանյանը։
Մինչ ոստիկանները կժամանեին դեպքի վայր, «Արարատ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «ձախ ոտքի շրջանում հրազենային վիրավորում և ձախ սրունքի տարային, երրորդ սրունքի թաթային հոդի միջանցիկ բաց հրազենային վիրավորում, ոսկրերի բազմաբեկորային կոտրվածքներ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։
Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, քանի որ գտնվում է վիրահատարանում։
Մինչ բժիշկները իրենց գործողություններ էին կատարում Արարատի մարզի ոստիկանները պարզել են վիրավորի ինքնությունը, ով Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 48-ամյա Սեյրան Մ․-ն է։
Պարզվել է, որ ժամը 12։00-ի սահմաններում Արարատ քաղաքի Աղբյուր Սերոբ փողոցի 6-րդ շենքի դիմաց գտնվող մսամթերքի խանութի հետնամասում անհայտ անձը 2 անգամ կրակել է Սեյրան Մ․-ի ուղղությամբ՝ նրան պատճառելով հրազենային վնասվածքներ։
Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արարատի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Գրիգոր Բաբաջանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Աբել Վարդանյանի, գումարտակի ավագ տեսուչ Արթուր Կոծինյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Գարուշ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Պարեկները սահմանազատել են տարածքը։
Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է «ՏՏ» ատրճանակից արձակված 2 պարկուճ։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Տիգրան Շոխոյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Ներսես Մուրադյանի, Վեդիի քննչական բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Բաղդասարյանի և ավագ քննիչ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով Վեդիի քննչական բաժնում «սպանության փորձ» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները համագործակցելով ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության իրենց գործընկերների հետ օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստանում, որ կրակոցներ արձակողը փորձում է օդային ճանապարհով լքել Հայաստանը։ Տեղում ստեղծվում է օպերատիվ խումբ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Կարեն Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ ու օպերատիվ խումբը ճիշտ ժամանակին հասնում է «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայան ու հենց ինքնաթիռ նստելու պահին բռնում են կրակոցներ արձակող կասկածյալին, ապա տեղափոխում ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժին։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում պրոֆեսիոնալ ձևով վնասազերծելու համար ոստիկաններն իրականացրել են «Օդից էլ կիջեցնենք» օպերացիան։
Նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով՝ այս պահին կասկածյալի ինքնություն չենք հայտնում ։
