«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Sevastopol.su-ն «Հայաստանի հանձնումը. ի՞նչ է անում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Բրյուսելը և Վաշինգտոնը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին խոստացել են տրամադրել, համապատասխանաբար, 270 միլիոն եվրո և 65 միլիոն դոլար, սակայն համագործակցության ոլորտների թվում չի նշվել անվտանգությունը, որը հարևան Ադրբեջանի հետ կայուն խաղաղության բացակայության պայմաններում Հայաստանի համար առանցքային խնդիր է։ Իրավիճակը վերջապես պարզվեց: Ի սկզբանե Փաշինյանը և իր ընկերները հայտարարեցին, որ բրյուսել յան հանդիպումը լինելու է բացառապես «Հայաստանի տնտեսական զարգացման մասին»։
Բայց հանկարծ խոսքեր լսվեցին, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ու ԵՄ-ն մտադիր են զենք մատակարարել հայերին։ Նաև, ըստ երևույթին, տնտեսական զարգացման նպատակով։ Զենքի մատակարարման սխեման, ըստ ամենայնի, կնմանվի ուկրաինականին։ Նախատեսվում է սկսել ՀՕՊ և հակադրոնային համակարգերից, մի շարք այլ անհայտ «առաջադեմ» և «նոր» տեխնոլոգիաներից: Ըստ ամենայնի, դա կլինի այն շարքից, որն այժմ ստանում է Կիևը։ Բացի այդ, ամերիկացիները ցանկանում են սկսել հայ զինվորականների ուսուցումը։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, կրկնվում է այն, ինչ արդեն եղել է Ուկրաինայում։ Մենք արդեն տեսել ենք այդ բոլոր «Պենտագոնի հրահանգիչներին», որոնք աշխատում են «վերապատրաստման» ծրագրերում։
Հայերը հիմա սկսում են շարժվել ուկրաինական ծեծված ճանապարհով։ Իսկ էլ ի՞նչ կարող է լինել։ ՏՏ ոլորտում «համագործակցության» տարբեր ձևեր՝ կիբերհանցագործությունների, թվային անվտանգության վերաբերյալ «խորհրդակցություններ»: Եվ որպես տորթի վրայի բալ՝ այս ամբողջի ֆինանսավորումը կարող է իրականացվել ամենաօրուելական կառույցի, այսպես կոչված՝ «Խաղաղության եվրոպական հիմնադրամի» միջոցով։ Այսինքն, դա նույնն է, ինչ Ուկրաինայում, հենց այդ «խաղաղության հիմնադրամի» միջոցով է կատարվում զենքի գնումը Կիևի համար։ Սակայն հարցը դա չէ: Ինչպիսի՞ն է Մոսկվայի արձագանքը: Դե, Մոսկվան, իհարկե, երջանիկ չէ։ Նա մտահոգություն է հայտնում, երբեմն՝ նույնիսկ խորը: Եվ դա այն ժամանակ, երբ Արևմուտքն իր հարավային սահմաններին բացահայտ կառուցում է հերթական թշնամական պետական կազմավորումը։
Փաշինյանի կազմակերպած հանցավոր խմբավորումը, որն արդեն մի քանի անգամ դավաճանել է սեփական ժողովրդին, վաղուց է սկսել ռուսաֆոբիայի տրամադրություններ բորբոքել և այժմ գնում է Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունից վերջնական հրաժարման։
