Արշակ Կարապետյանի առաջարկը սպառնում է խախտել գործող իշխանությունների անդորրը
POLITICS«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի առաջարկը՝ տրիբունալ ստեղծել և գործող իշխանություններին պատասխանատվության ենթարկել, իսկական փոթորիկ է առաջացրել գործող իշխանության շարքերում։ Եթե, մինչ վերջերս, իշխանություններն առանձնապես զերծ էին մնում գեներալի հասցեին տարատեսակ կեղծիքներ տարածելուց և «խրոխտ» քննադատություններից, ապա այժմ, երբ Արշակ Կարապետյանը խոսեց տրիբունալի մասին, թե՛ ՔՊ-ականների, թե՛ իշխանամերձ քաղաքագետների կապերը բաց են թողնվել։
«Ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալ», «Հայկական Նյուրնբերգ». այսպես է գեներալ Կարապետյանը բնորոշում արժանապատվության վերականգնման այն գործընթացը, որի շրջանակներում էլ Փաշինյանն ու Հայաստանը վերացման եզրին հասցրած նրա կողմնակիցները` կանգնելու են ժողովրդի, պետության ու պատմության դատաստանի առջև։
Այսօր, ըստ էության, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հաջողվել է իր ձեռքում կենտրոնացնել դատական ողջ իշխանությունը։ Արշակ Կարապետյանն իր վերջին հարցազրույցում տարակուսանք էր հայտնել, որ շատ դատավորներ չեն դիմադրում իշխանության ապօրինություններին, կատարում են նրա հրահանգները։
Ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալը, փաստացի, այլ, առավել ընդգրկուն և իշխանության իրավասություններից դուրս գործընթաց է, համահայկական, համազգային դատավարության առաջարկ, որտեղ մեղադրողը ոչ թե քննիչն է կամ դատախազը, այլ ողջ հայությունը, ընդ որում` թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ Սփյուռքում բնակվող։ Մանրամասները, թե ինչպես է ստեղծվելու և իրականացվելու տրիբունալը, Արշակ Կարապետյանը, իհարկե չի բացահայտում. նշել է, որ քննարկումներ է ունեցել հայտնի պրոֆեսորների հետ և անակնկալներ է խոստանում փաշինյանական իշխանությանը։ Ահա հենց սա է, որ ցնցակաթվածի է հասցրել օրվա իշխանություններին և նրանց սպասարկուներին։
«Համահայկական ճակատի» առաջնորդի դեմ են հանել խորհրդարանի էքսցենտրիկ և վարկաբեկված պատգամավորների, քաղաքագետների, որոնք անցել են անձնական վիրավորանքների դաշտ, հանիրավի մեղադրում են Արշակ Կարապետյանին` իրենց աչքի գերանի փոխարեն մատնացույց անելով ուրիշի աչքի շյուղը։Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, իհարկե, հասկանում է, որ ցանկացած նման գործընթաց, որը դուրս է իր վերահսկողությունից, կարող է անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներ ունենալ, ու դա է մտահոգության իրական պատճառը։ Առավել ևս, որ նրան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, հաջողվել էր որոշ չափով վերականգնել իր ազդեցությունը Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտի նկատմամբ, ինչ-ինչ մեթոդներով ընդդիմադիր որոշ շրջանակների մղել կոմֆորմիզմի դաշտ, իսկ Արշակ Կարապետյանի առաջարկը սպառնում է խախտել նրա անդորրը։
