Freedom House-ը արձանագրում է Հայաստանի ձախողումները

«Freedom House» միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունը հրապարակել է 2023 թվականի տարեկան զեկույցը, որտեղ Հայաստանին բավականին թույլ ցուցանիշ է տվել։
Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարական կառավարման վարկանիշը 2,5-ից նվազել է` հասնելով 2,25-ի։ Իրավապաշտպաններն արձանագրում են կառավարության կողմից ուժի կոնսոլիդացիայի, կենտրոնական իշխանությունների կողմից ընդդիմադիր պաշտոնյաներին պաշտոնանկ անելու, իշխող կուսակցության ֆինանսական միջոցների ոչ թափանցիկ լինելու հանգամանքները։
Չնչին բարեփոխումներ արձանագրելով՝ նույնիսկ միջազգային իրավապաշտպաններն են նշում, որ այդ բարեփոխումները չեն հասնում իրենց նպատակին` վատ կամ անհետևողական իրականացման հետևանքով։ Նույն հաջողությամբ «Ֆրիդոմ հաուզ»-ը կարող էր Հայաստանի իշխանություններին անվանել ապիկար։
Իրավապաշտպանները խնդիրներ են արձանագրել դատական համակարգի անկախության, կոռուպցիայի, խոսքի ազատության, ժողովրդավարական կառավարման, վարչական ռեսուրսի չարաշահման և այլ բազմաթիվ ոլորտներում:
Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ նույնիսկ արևմուտքն առանձնապես չի հավատում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմոկրատիայի մասին հեքիաթներին, պարզ և հստակ ակնարկում է, որ Հայաստանն ամենևին էլ ժողովրդավարական պետություն չէ, ինչպես փորձում է իր «բաստիոնը» ներկայացնել Փաշինյանը։
Ցավոք, դժվար թե այս զեկույցը որևէ հետևանք ունենա Փաշինյանի վարչախմբի վրա, կամ էլ հասնի նրա «զոմբիների» ուղեղներին, ընդհակառակը, Փաշինյանը ևս մեկ հնարք կմոգոնի` հանրությանը կրկին մանիպուլացնելու և խաբելու համար։
