«Կան նաև կարծիքներ, որ իշխանություններին ձեռնտու է Բադրամյան պողոտայի փակ լինելն ու ժողովրդի ընդվզումը, քանի որ նրանք դա օգտագործում էին Ռուսաստանի հետ բանակցություններում, ու դրա համար նման հանդուրժողականություն էին ցուցաբերում Բադրամյան պողոտայում: Մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում՝ արձագանքելով նման գնահատականներին, քաղաքագետ Մանվել Սարգսյանն ասել է. «Բայց ի՞նչ հանդուրժողականություն է ցուցաբերվել: Այդ կարծիքները հնչում են, որովհետև նման կարծիքներ հայտնողները չեն հասկանում պայքարի այն տրամաբանությունը, որի մասին ես խոսում եմ: Նրանք այն մարդիկ են, ովքեր չեն հասկանում, որ Ոստիկանությունը չի կարող աղբամանները վերցնել, ու դրա համար սկսում են հորինել:

 Ինչ լինում է, ասում են՝ իշխանություններն են արել, ցանկացած բան ասում են՝ իրենք են արել, որովհետև ուրիշ պատասխան չունեն մարդիկ: Այն, որ իշխանություններն օգտվել են, որ Ռուսաստանը մի քիչ հետ կանգնեց, դա փաստ է, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ այս մարդիկ ուզել են իրենց համար նման վիճակ ստեղծել: Սիմվոլիկ կարելի է ասել, որ Վովա Գասպարյանն ամեն օր աղոթում է, որ այս ամենն ինքն իրեն վերանա, բայց ես չեմ կարծում, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի հարցն այն հարցն է, որտեղ մարդիկ կարող են փոշմանել ու ասել ՝ «լավ, ինչ ուզում են, թող անեն»: Նման բան չի կարող լինել»»,–գրում է թերթը։
