Ժամկետային զինծառայող 19-ամյա Հովսեփ Համբարձումյանը օրերս Սյունիքում ձորն ընկած զինվորական «Ուրալ»-ում եղած 20 վիրավորներից մեկն է: Նա եղել է ավտոմեքենայի ղեկին:
Հովսեփի մայրը՝ Անժելա Շեգիկյանը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ որդու վիճակն այս պահին դեռ անորոշ է, ծանր է, ողնաշարի խնդիր ունի, կողոսկրերը կոտրված են, ոտքն ամբողջովին գիպսի մեջ է:
Գիտակցությունը տեղն է, խոսում է, բայց դեռ պետք է ողնաշարի վիրահատություն արվի, ողերը կոտրված են:
Մեքենան անսարք է եղել, արգելակները չեն աշխատել, 5 տարի այդ մեքենան չի քշվել: Անգամ մեքենայի մեջ ճնճղուկների բույն են գտել: Թող իրենց երեխեքին տանեն, նստացնեն էդ անսարք մեքենան ու ասեն՝ վարի:
Մեքենայի մեջ երկու վաշտի զինվորներ են եղել, մինչդեռ 16 հոգուց ավելի չի կարելի այդ մեքենայով տեղափոխել: Մոտ 30 հոգի երեխա է եղել մեքենայում:
Տղաս ասել է մեքենան հազիվ եմ խոդ տվել, չհանգցնեմ, գոռացել են, ասել են՝ հանգցրու, երկար ենք մնալու: Դիքի վրա կանգնեցրու, որ ինքն իրեն խոդ ընկնի: Դրա համար էլ ոչ արգելակն է պահել, որ ռուչնոյն է պահել:
«Տղաս այդ անսարք մեքենան առաջին անգամ է նստել: Ինձ ասում էր՝ անսարք մեքենան տվել են ինձ, ես էլ ասել եմ՝ հանկարծ չքշես: Ինքը դիրքերում է եղել: Եկել է, նստացրել են մեքենան, ասել են՝ հանի պոստեր, հաց տար, որ իջեցնես: Հացը տարել է, հետ գալուց լցվել են բոլորով»,- ասաց մայրը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 12-ին՝ ժամը 15:25-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի զինծառայողներին տեղափոխող «Ուրալ»-ը դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածից և հայտնվել հարակից ձորակի տարածքում:Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ կա 4 զոհ: Վիրավորում է ստացել 20 զինծառայող, որոնցից մեկի վիճակը գնահատվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր: Մյուսներն ունեն ծանր, միջին ու թեթև աստիճանի վնասվածքներ։
