«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ng.ru-ն «Փաշինյանը Հայաստանի համար այլ կերպար է բացահայտել» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է, թե կա հանրապետության երկու կերպար՝ իրական և պատմական, ավելին, նրանք սպառնում են միմյանց։ Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների և նախաձեռնությունների վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Հայկ Խալաթյանի կարծիքով, Փաշինյանի կողմից առաջ քաշված երկու Հայաստանի գաղափարը չի վայելում ժողովրդականություն հասարակության մեջ։ «Նա դա խթանում է, որպեսզի արդարացնի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հանձնումը, ինչպես նաև հետագա միակողմանի զիջումները Ադրբեջանին։ Իբր առանց դրա հնարավոր չէ ապահովել Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը։

Սակայն պարադոքսն այն է, որ նույնիսկ Փաշինյանն է ընդունում, որ Բաքվի պայմանների կատարումը չի երաշխավորում անվտանգությունը։ Միաժամանակ բոլորը հասկանում են, որ Տավուշի մարզի չորս գյուղի հանձնումն, անշուշտ, կոչնչացնի հայկական պաշտպանական գծի ամենաամրացված հատվածը։ Վտանգի տակ են լինելու նաև Հայաստանը Վրաստանի հետ կապող հաղորդակցությունները»,- ng.ru-ին ասել է փորձագետը։ Իր հերթին քաղաքագետ Միքայել Զոլ յանը նշել է, որ Փաշինյանի հնչեցրած հայեցակարգը նոր չէ, և չի կարելի ասել, թե նա է դրա հեղինակը։ «Այդ թեմայի շուրջ քննարկումներ տեղի ունեցան 1980-1990-ականների վերջին: Հայաստանի առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը ելնում էր նրանից, որ անհրաժեշտ է պրագմատիկ հարաբերություններ կառուցել բոլոր հարևանների, այդ թվում՝ Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Սակայն 1998 թվականին դա բերեց նրա հրաժարականին։ Արդյունքում սկզբում իշխանության եկավ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, իսկ հետո նրա հաջորդը՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը։ Նրանք հավատարիմ են եղել հենց այն հայեցակարգին, որը հիմա քննադատում է Փաշինյանը»,ասել է Զոլ յանը ng.ru-ի հետ զրույցում։

Փորձագետի խոսքով, 2020 թվականի պատերազմից հետո հայ հասարակությունը սկսեց շատ բաներ վերանայել։ Մասնավորապես, ոմանք որոշեցին, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը վերջին 20 տարվա ընթացքում, երբ հանրապետությունը հակադրվում էր Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային և ամբողջովին ապավինում էր Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանությանը, հանգեցրեց աղետի։ Դրանում նրանց ավելի են համոզել վերջին իրադարձությունները։ «Դժվար է ասել, թե որքանով է ընդունելի Փաշինյանի դիրքորոշումը, քանի որ սոցիոլոգիական ուսումնասիրություններ այդ թեմայով չեն եղել։ Բայց նաև չկա կրիտիկական զանգված, որը դեմ կլինի այդ հայեցակարգին։ Մի կողմից՝ չի կարելի ասել, թե այդ ամենը մարդկանց մոտ մեծ ոգևորություն է առաջացնում, չէ՞ որ թեման բավականին ցավոտ է։ Մյուս կողմից՝ կա ըմբռնում, որ այդ մոտեցումն այլընտրանք չունի։ Փաշինյանին պոպուլիստական դիրքերից քննադատող ընդդիմադիրները ոչինչ չեն կարող փոխել: Միգուցե, եթե վաղը տարածաշրջանում աշխարհաքաղաքական հավասարակշռությունը փոխվի, նրանց գաղափարները կրկին ընդունելի դառնան, բայց այսօր այդպես չէ։ Հայերը գիտեն, որ նոր պատերազմն իրենց համար աղետ է լինելու, ուստի պետք է փոխզիջում փնտրել հարևանների հետ»,- եզրափակել է քաղաքագետը։
