Աջակցություն է ստացել 4 հազարից ավելի հողօգտագործող

Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալությունը «Գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների աջակցության տրամադրման ծրագրի» շրջանակում պայմանագիր է կնքվել 4 հազար 793 հողօգտագործողների հետ: Արդյունքում` ծրագրում ընգրկվել է 6 հազար 285 շահառու:
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նշեց Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հացերի նախարարության Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության պետ Արտակ Մանգասարյանը:
«Ծրագրի շրջանակում հողօգտագործողները յուրաքանչյուր աշխատանքային օրվա համար ստանում են գումար: Կարող են ընդգրկվել նաև տվյալ ընտանիքի մյուս անդամները: Ծրագրով նախատեսված է վճարել նույնիսկ հողօգտագործողի կողմից ներկայացված վարձու աշխատողներին»,-ասաց Արտակ Մանգասարյանը: Ծրագրով աջակցություն է տրամադրվել Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերի 472 համայնքների գյուղացիներին:
Շահառու դառնալու համար շատերն են դիմում, բայց որ ոչ բոլորն են ընդգրկվում, նշեց Արտակ Մանգասարյանը: Մի մասը մերժվում է, որովհետև այս ծրագրի նպատակն է սոցիալապաես անապահով ընտանիքներին, աշխատաշուկայում անմրցունակ անձնանց օգնել և զբաղվածության խնդիր լուծել: Հետևաբար, ապահովված ընտանիքները ծրագրում չեն ընդգրկվում:
Ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրկմամբ պայմանավորված՝ կանխատեսվում է, որ այս տարի շատերը չեն մեկնի արտագնա աշխատանքի: Այդ դեպքում, արդյո՞ք Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալությունը կարող է ավելի շատ գյուղացիների ընդգրկել այս ծրագրում: Հարցին ի պատասխան, Արտակ Մանգասարյանը նշեց, որ նման դեպք եղել է 2015 թվականի սկզբին, երբ արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողները փաստաթղթերի հետ կապված խնդիր ունեին: Ինչ վերաբերում է ծրագրերում մեծ թվով գյուղացիների ընդգրկելուն, ապա Արտակ Մանգասարյանը նշեց, որ այն իր ամբողջ ծավալով չի օգտագործվել, հնարավորություն ունեն մոտ 2-3 հազար հոգու լրացուցիչ ընդգրկել, պահեստային գումարը կա:
«Գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների աջակցության տրամադրման ծրագիր»-ն իրականացվում է 2013 թվականից: Սկզբում այն պիլոտային էր, նախատեսված էր Արմավիրի մարզում կարկտահարությունից տուժած համայքներին աջակցելու համար: 2014 թվականից այն դարձավ ամենամյա պետական ծրագիր:
