Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն առանց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրահանգի այդպիսի կարևոր հայտարարություն չէր անի։

Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի անդամ, Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունների համակարգող խորհրդի համանախագահ Մուրադ Փափազյանը` անդրադառնալով ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի այն հայտարարությանը, թե պետք է ունենալ այդ 1,5 մլն ցեղասպանված ժողովրդի անուն ազգանունները։

«Հասկանալի է չէ՞ թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում․ այս հակահայ քայլով Փաշինյանը հարցականի տակ է դնում Հայոց ցեղասպանության իրողությունը։ Մեզ հիշեցնում են Թուրքիայի կողմից առաջարկված  պատմաբանների հանձնախմբի մասին, որը պիտի պատմությունը նորից ուսումնասիրեր, որպեսզի որոշվեր՝ 1915 թվականի դեպքերը ցեղասպանություն կարելի՞ է համարել, թե՞ ոչ։ Այս մոտեցումն ամբողջովին անընդունելի է, ցեղասպանության փաստն իրողություն է, պատմագետներն աշխատել են, 30 երկիր ճանաչել է, վերջ»,- ընդգծեց նա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն ամբողջությամբ հանձնվել է հայ ժողովրդի թշնամիներին՝ ընդունելով, թե Տավուշի չորս գյուղերը մաս են կազմում Ադրբեջանին, ընդունելով, որ Արցախը ադրբեջանական տարածք է, հարցականի տակ դնելով Հայոց ցեղասպանության իրողությունը, թշնամիների շահերն է պաշտպանում։

«Ի՞նչ իմաստ ունի հաշվել ու  պարզել 1,5 մլն զոհերի անունները։ Երևակայենք, որ Թուրքիան այս առաջարկը սեղանի վրա դրած լիներ, ամբողջ հայ ազգը կդատապարտեր, չէ՞, առաջարկում եմ դատապարտել այն։ Բոլորս մերժենք Հայաստանի կառավարության քայլը, որ վերադասավորման են ցանկանում ենթարկել հայ ազգի պատմությունը»,- հորդորեց Փափազյանը։

Նա շեշտեց՝ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը հստակ քաղաքականություն է վարում՝ ազգային արժեքները չընդունելու քաղաքականություն։

«Չի ընդունում, որ չշարունակենք ցեղասպանության ճանաչման աշխատանքները, չի ընդունում, որ Արցախի ժողովրդի վերադարձի պայքարը սեղանի վրա թողնենք, չի ընդունում սփյուռքին որպես ազգի մաս, չի ընդունում, որ Հայաստանի ժողովրդին արժանապատիվ ապագա ապահովի։ Նա վախի մթնոլորտ է ուզում հաստատել Հայաստանի մեջ և համաձայնված է Ալիևի հետ,  Փաշինյանը հատուկ ապագա է պատրաստում հայ ժողովրդի համար, այն է՝ ծնկի եկած»,- ասաց նա։։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի՝ ավելի ուշ արված հայտարարությանը, թե Ցեղասպանության զոհերի  անուն ազգանունները պարզելու անհրաժեշտությունը դա զուտ իր անձնական մոտեցումն է, Փափազյանն ասաց․ «Սուտ է, թեստ են անում, փորձում են ժողովրդին, նրանք ստախոս են»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ իրակի օրը «Ազատության» եթերում Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Փաշինյանը նպատակ ունի Ցեղասպանության հետ կապված իրական հիմքեր կառուցել և ավելի առարկայական դարձնել ցեղասպանության ենթարկված հայրենակիցների ամբողջ ցանկը։ Երեկ Քոչարյանը նույնը հաստատեց խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցներում։

Իսկ երեկ, անդրադառնալով այս թեմային, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ասել է. «Ցեղասպանության ենթարկվածների ցուցակների ամբողջականացման մասին հայտարարությունն իմ անձնական մոտեցում է, քաղաքական որոշում չկա»:
