Հայաստանը 16 կետով բարելավել է դիրքերը Դրական խաղաղության զեկույցում

«Էկոնոմիկայի և խաղաղության միջազգային ինստիտուտ» (IEP) վերլուծական կենտրոնը հրապարակել է Դրական խաղաղության զեկույցը (Positive Peace Report 2024), որում ներառված է 163 երկիր, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանը:
Ըստ զեկույցի հեղինակների՝ դրական խաղաղության ամենամեծ բարելավումները տեղի են ունեցել
Ուզբեկստանում, Հայաստանում, Գամբիայում, Թայվանում և Իռլանդիայում:
Հայաստանը վարկանիշում զբաղեցնում է 54-րդ տեղը՝ 2.826 միավորով: Մեր երկիրն իր ֆիրքը բարելավել է 16 կետով: Հայաստանը ներառվել է դրական խաղաղության բարձր վիճակում գտնվող երկրների ցանկում:
Տարածշրջանի երկրների շարքում Հայաստանը երկրորդն է՝ զիջելով Վրաստանին, որը 2.748 միավորով 49-րդ տեղում է:
Այնուհետև գալիս է Թուրքիան (91-րդ հորիզոնական, 3.295 միավոր, 28 կետով անկում), որին հաջորդում են ՌԴ-ն (93-րդ հորիզոնական, 3.319 միավոր, 12 կետով անկում), Ադրբեջանը (104-րդ հորիզոնական, 3.428 միավոր, 4 կետով վերելք), Իրանը (124-րդ հորիզոնական, 3.628 միավոր, 3 կետով անկում):
Խաղաղությունն ավելին է, քան զուտ բռնության բացակայությունը. Դրական խաղաղությունը նկարագրում է այն հարաբերությունները, ինստիտուտներն ու կառույցները, որոնք ստեղծում և պահպանում են խաղաղ հասարակություններ: Հետևաբար, դրական խաղաղությունը նկարագրում է մարդու համար օպտիմալ միջավայր ներուժը զարգացնելու համար: Օրինակ՝ դրական խաղաղության ավելի բարձր մակարդակ ունեցող երկրներն ավելի դիմացկուն են, կապված են ամուր և բարգավաճող տնտեսությունների հետ, ավելի լավ արդյունքներ են գրանցում էկոլոգիայի ոլորտում, ունեն բարեկեցության և երջանկության ավելի բարձր մակարդակ, սոցիալական համախմբվածության ավելի ուժեղ միջոցներ, ավելի մեծ բավարարվածություն կենսամակարդակից:
