Ուկրաինայի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցության ապագա համաձայնագիրը չպետք է ավելի վատ լինի, քան Ամերիկայի և Իսրայելի միջև գործող հուշագիրը, որի շրջանակում Իսրայելն արդյունավետ օգնություն է ստանում Իրանի կողմից սպառնալիքի դեպքում: Այս մասին Telegram-ում հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Անդրեյ Երմակը՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ անվտանգության համաձայնագրի նախապատրաստման աշխատանքային հանդիպման արդյունքներով։
Այս հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են պատվիրակության անդամները, որոնք մասնակցում են Ուկրաինայի և այլ պետությունների միջև Ուկրաինայի անվտանգության երաշխիքների վերաբերյալ երկկողմ և բազմակողմ միջազգային համաձայնագրերի մշակման և պատրաստման բանակցություններին, հայտնում է unian.net-ը։
«Այս համաձայնագիրը պետք է օրինակ լինի, հաշվի առնի Միացյալ Նահանգների իրական հնարավորությունները և Ուկրաինայի կողմից արդեն իսկ ստորագրված անվտանգության համաձայնագրերի լավագույն տարրերը»,- ընդգծել է Երմակը։
Մասնավորապես, հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են ապագա փաստաթղթի հիմնական տարրերը, արդեն կնքված ինը երկկողմանի անվտանգության համաձայնագրերի ուժեղ կողմերը և գործողությունների ալգորիթմը ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի կողմից Ուկրաինային ռազմական օգնության մասին որոշում ընդունելուց անմիջապես հետո։
Ինչպես նշել է Երմակը, իրենք ամերիկացի գործընկերների հետ անվտանգության համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների երկու փուլ են անցկացրել։
Նա հավելել է, որ համաձայնեցվել են գործողությունները նախապատրաստվելու հաջորդ փուլին, ինչը թույլ կտա առաջընթաց գրանցել փաստաթղթի նախագծի տեքստում։
«Ուկրաինայի հետ ԱՄՆ-ի համաձայնագիրը չպետք է ավելի վատ աշխատի, քան Իսրայելի հետ ամերիկյան հուշագիրը, որը հաստատել է դաշնակիցների համատեղ գործողությունների արդյունավետությունն Իսրայելի վրա Իրանի զանգվածային հարձակումը հետ մղելու ժամանակ»,- ընդգծել է Երմակը։
