Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ զորքերը պետք է տեղակայվեն գետի մոտ․ պատգամավորը մանրամասներ է հայտնում Փաշինյան-տավուշցիներ հանդիպումից

Այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլի անակնկալ այցելել է ոսկեպարցիներին, մարդկանց ասել է որ ադրբեջանիցների հետ էլի պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել, ըստ որի ադրբեջանական սահմանապահ զորքերը պետք է տեղակայվեն գետի մոտ։
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանն, ով տավուշցի է և այս պահին հենց Տավուշում է գտնվում։
«Այնտեղ գետ կա Ոսկերպարում, որը եկեղեցուց մի փոքր ներքև է։ Ասել է՝ սահամապահ զորքերն այդտեղ պետք է տեղակայվեն, բայց էլի ճանապրհից ներքև։ Այդ առումով, ըստ իրեն, ադրբեջանցիների հետ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեքռ բերել, որը 100 տոկոսանոց չի այդ պայմանավորվածությունները 90 տոկոսանոց են, գրավոր չեն բանավոր է, որը նույնպես վերջնական չէ»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։
Հարցին՝ այս նոր ինֆորմացիային ինչպե՞ս են արձագանքել ոսկեպարցիները, Դանիելյանը նշեց, որ ոսկեպարցիների մի մասին չեն թողել ներս մտնել ։ «Այն մարդկանց որոնք ավելի ռադիկալ են տրամադրված եղել, բողոքել են, դեմ են եղել, դուրս են հանել և շոու ծրագիր է եղել բեմադրված։ Իր նախանական ասածից մի փոքր ետ քայլ է արել բայց դրանով չի ապահովվում այդ մարդկանց անվտանգությունը»,- ասաց նա։
Պատագամվորի խոսքով՝ վերջանական չի ասվել, թե որտեղ պետք է կանգնի ադրբեջանական զորքը։ «Դաշատ կարևոր է՝ իմանալ, թե վերջնականապես որտե՞ղ է տեղակայվելու ադրբեջանական զորքը։ Կարևոր է այն առումով, որ զիջում լինելու, բայց այդ զիջումը լինելու է մասնակի, կոնկրետ կոորիդնատները, թե որտեղ են լինելու չի ասվել, մոտավոր բաներ է ասվել։Նա իր առաջին հայտարարությունից հետ քայլ արել է, բայց սա համարել հաղթանակ կամ վերջնարդյունք այդքան էլ ճիշտ չէ»,- ընդգծեց Դանիելյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ եթե ճանապարհից ներքեև են կանգնում ադրբեջանցիները էլի անվտանգային խնդիրներ է առաջացնելու։ «Մեզ շատ հարցերի պատասխաններ պետք է տա Փաշինյանը։ Իր ասածները հավատլու էլ չեն, փաստն էն ա ժողովրդի ճնշումն արդյունքներ տվել է, նա հիմա իր առաջին հայտարությունից հետ քայլ է արել, բայց սա բավարար չէ»,- հայտարարեց պատգամավորը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մարտի 18-ին այցելել էր Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկեպար գյուղ և հանդիպել բնակիչների հետ: Այն ժամանակ նա խոստացել էր հաջորդ հանդիպումն անցկացնել 10 օր անց, սակայն միայն այսօր է հանդիպել սահմանամերձ գյուղի բնակիչների հետ։
Նշենք նաև, որ Փաշինյանն այսօր այցելել է Տավուշի Ոսկեպար, Կիրանց, Բերքաբեր գյուղեր։
Փաշինյանի խոսնակը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում ասվում է․
«Ոսկեպար, Կիրանց, Բերքաբեր գյուղերում այսօր տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումներից հետո, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին որոշ աղբյուրների կողմից վերագրվում են տարբեր հայտարարություններ։Որևէ հայտարարություն, որը չի հնչել կամ հաստատվել վարչապետի կամ նրան ներկայացնելու իրավասություն ունեցող պաշտոնյայի, պետական մարմնի կողմից՝ պաշտոնապես հերքվում է»։
