Aysor.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ապրիլի 11-ին Վարդենիսում մի քանի տղամարդ սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ են իրականացրել 13-ամյա աղջկա նկատմամբ։
Մեր աղբյուրի տեղեկացմամբ՝ աղջիկը բնակվում է Սոթքում։ Վարդենիսում հաճախում է երաժշտական դպրոց՝ տաքսիով։ Տաքսու վարորդը և նրա հետ ևս մեկ տղամարդ բռնաբարել են աղջկան։
«Աղջկա մայրն աշխատում է զորամասում։ Այս պահին աղջկա վիճակը շատ ծանր է, բժիշկները պայքարում են նրա կյանքի համար»,-նշեց մեր աղբյուրը։
Սոթքի համայնքապետ Սևակ Խաչատրյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում հաստատեց լուրը, սակայն այլ մանրամասներ չհայտնեց։
ՀՀ Ոստիկանության ԶԼՄ-ների հետ կապի, վերլուծության և լրատվության բաժնի պետ Զարզանդ Գաբրիելյանն Aysor.am-ին տեղեկացրեց.«Ապրիլի 11-ին ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Սոթք և Ակունք գյուղերի բնակիչ 2 տղամարդ սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ են կատարել 2011թ ծնված մի աղջկա նկատմամբ: Կատարված ստուգողական գործողությունների և ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների ընթացքում՝ հանցանքը կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով, տղամարդիկ ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել են բաժին, որտեղ վերջիններս խոստովանել են կատարվածը և կից փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացվել քննչական բաժին»:
Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Գոռ Աբրահամյանն էլ հայտնեց.«Անչափահասի նկատմամբ սեռական բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 198-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով։ Երկու անձի մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել և նրանք կալանավորված են»։
