Կառավարությունը միջոցներ է հատկացրել ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված ուսուցիչների աջակցության նպատակով

ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ուսուցիչների օժանդակության ծրագրի շրջանակում 2024 թվականին ուսուցիչներին լրավճարներ տրամադրելու նպատակով հատկացվել են միջոցներ:
Հարցը զեկուցել է ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը: Նախարարը հիշեցրել է, որ նախորդ տարվա հոկտեմբերին Կառավարության որոշմամբ հաստատվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ուսուցիչների օժանդակության ծրագիրը, որով այդ ուսուցիչներին հնարավորություն է տրվել արտամրցութային կարգով աշխատանքի անցնել մարզային դպրոցներում: Ըստ ծրագրի՝ հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերի դպրոցներում աշխատանքի անցնելիս ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված ուսուցիչները կստանան 30 տոկոս հավելավճար 2 տարվա ընթացքում, իսկ որոշ մարզերում՝ Սյունիքի, Վայոց ձորի հանրակրթական ուսհաստատություններում, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի որոշ համայնքներում աշխատանքի անցնելու դեպքում 30 տոկոս հավելավճարից բացի կունենան նաև 50 հազար դրամ լրավճար:
«Բավականին մեծ հետաքրքրություն կա ծրագրի նկատմամբ. այս պահի դրությամբ ծրագրի շրջանակում ունենք ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված 330 ուսուցիչ, որոնք գործուղվել են մարզեր, և դիմողների թիվը գնալով ավելանում է: Զուգահեռ շրջանառում ենք մեկ այլ նախագիծ, որով երկարացվում են դիմումների ընդունման ժամկետները, և ուսուցիչները կունենան այս ընթացակարգով աշխատանքի անցնելու հավելյալ հնարավորություն: Մեր դիտարկումները ցույց են տալիս, որ երբ մարդիկ երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով կողմնորոշվում են բնակավայրի հարցում, նրանք ավելի մեծ պատրաստակամությամբ են օգտվում ուսուցիչների աջակցության ծրագրից»,-նշել է նախարարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ընդունված որոշմամբ բաշխվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցները՝ ըստ մարզերի:
Նշենք, որ ԼՂ ուսուցիչների աջակցության նպատակով ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը գործարկել է հարթակ. մարզերի դպրոցների թափուր աշխատատեղերը հրապարակված են https://kadrer.emis.am համակարգում, որտեղ գրացվելով՝ նրանք կարող են գործուղման հայտ ներկայացնել:
Ըստ նախարարի՝ հանրակրթական համակարգում այս պահին ներգրավված է ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված ավելի քան 500 ուսուցիչ, որոնց մի մասն աշխատում է Երևանի դպրոցներում կամ ուղղակի մասնակցել է թափուր տեղի համար հայտարարված մրցույթներին և ընդհանուր հիմունքներով անցել աշխատանքի:
Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը նաև հայտնել է, որ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված գրեթե բոլոր երեխաները ներգրավված են հանրակրթական համակարգում. «Կրթությունից հիմնականում դուրս են մնացել այն երեխաները, որոնց ընտանիքները մի քանի բնակավայր են փոխել: Նման հատուկենտ ահազանգեր կան, որոնցից ամեն մեկի դեպքով մարզերի հետ աշխատել ենք ու հարցին արագ և օպերատիվ լուծում տվել»:
