ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են հունվարի 6-ին անչափահասի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու մի շարք հանգամանքներ, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը: Մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է քննչական կոմիտեն: 

2016 թվականի հունվարի 6-ին՝ ժամը 21:20-ին, «Արաբկիր» ԲԿ-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Կոմիտասի  պողոտայից «կրծքավանդակի և վերին վերջույթների բազմաթիվ կտրած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ բժշկական կենտրոն է ընդունվել 1999 թվականի ծնված Ղազանչյանը:

Օպերատիվ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ անչափահասին սպանելու դիտավորությամբ նրա մարմնի կենսական կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող հատվածներին  սուր կտրող-ծակող առարկայով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ են հասցվել Շախսուվարյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում՝ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 6-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ընթացքում։ Հարվածների հետևանքով պատանուն պատճառվել է կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ կրծքավանդակի երկկողմանի բազմաթիվ կտրած-ծակած վիրավորումների, երկկողմանի հեմոպնևմոթորաքսի, պերիկարդի և սրտի ձախ փորոքի թափանցող վիրավորումների, ձախ թոքի բազմաթիվ կույր և միջանցիկ վիրավորումների ձևով։

Դեպքի առթիվ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ հունվարի 11-ին  որոշում է կայացվել Ս. Մուրադյանին ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին  մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին։ Նույն օրը քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է և հայտարարվել հետախուզում։ 

Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին ձեռնարկել անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունները՝ հետախուզվողին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
