Բացահայտվել է ավելի քան 13 կգ «Հերոին», «Մեթամֆետամին» և «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության դեպք․ հետախուզվողը հայտնաբերվել է (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է խմբի կողմից, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության հերթական դեպքը։
2024թ․ մարտի 15-ին, ապօրինի թմրամիջոցներ ներմուծելու, պահելու և իրացնելու կասկածանքով, Սյունիքի մարզի Քաջարան֊Կապան ավտոճանապարհից ձերբակալվել էին 42-ամյա կին ու 27-ամյա երիտասարդ։
Վերջինիս վարած ավտոմեքենայի խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել էր ընդհանուր 3288 գրամ քաշով «Մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, 2459 գրամ քաշով՝ «Հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի և 7505 գրամ քաշով՝ «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածներ։
Դեպքի առթիվ իրականացված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ձերբակալված կինն ու երիտասարդը, ևս մեկ՝ ինքնությունը պարզված տղամարդու, քննությամբ ինքնությունները դեռևս չպարզված այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ ապօրինի ձեռք են բերել դեռևս չպարզված անձի կողմից մարտի 15-ին Իրանից Հայաստան մաքսանենգությամբ տեղափոխված, ապա ՀՀ ու ԻԻՀ սահմանին մոտ գյուղի թաքստոցում տեղադրված՝ «Մեթամֆետամին», «Հերոին» և «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող վերոնշյալ զանգվածները` որոնցից մի մասով իրականացված նախնական փորձաքննությամբ արդեն իսկ հաստատվել է դրանց թմրամիջոցներ լինելու հանգամանքը։
Այնուհետև, 42-ամյա կինը ու 27-ամյա երիտասարդը ապօրինի ձեռք բերված թմրամիջոցները տեղավորել են իրենց կողմից վարձակալած ավտոմեքենայում, դրանք վաճառքի համար նախատեսված տարբեր չափերի բաժանելու և ՀՀ-ում իրացնելու նպատակով շարժվել Երևան քաղաքի ուղղությամբ, սակայն ճանապարհին ձերբակալվել։
Կնոջ և վերոնշյալ երկու տղամարդկանց նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 46-399-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը։ Կինը և երիտասարդը կալանավորվել են, իսկ ինքնությունը պարզված երրորդ անձի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։
2024 թվականի ապրիլի 17-ին վերջինս հայտնաբերվել է և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել և միջնորդություն է հարուցվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանքը վերահաստատելու վերաբերյալ։
