Ապրիլի 18-ին ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն ընդունել է Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ հանձնակատար, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ֆրանսիացի համանախագահ Բրիս Ռոքֆոյին: Հայտնում են Անվտանգության խորհրդի գրասենյակից։
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են երկու երկրների քաղաքական երկխոսության օրակարգին և քննարկել առանցքային ոլորտներում առկա համագործակցությունը: Կարևորել են ապրիլի 5-ի ՀՀ-ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ հանդիպման արդյունքները՝ ինչի շրջանակներում մտքեր են փոխանակել ՀՀ-ԵՄ գործընկերության օրակարգային հարցերի և բազմակողմ հարթակներում համագործակցության հեռանկարների շուրջ:
