Արթիկում 16-ամյա պատանին դանակահարել է 45-ամյա համաքաղաքացուն (տեսանյութ)

Ապրիլի 11-ին, ժամը 21.31-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն «Արթիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ շտապօգնության խումբը Արթիկ քաղաքի Գորկու փողոցից բուժօգնության էր տեղափոխել արնահոսող վերքերով, ոչ սթափ տղամարդու: Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկաններին նա հայտնել էր, թե Գորկու փողոցում ընկել է:
Տղամարդու հայտնածը, սակայն, կասկածի տեղիք էր տվել: Արթիկի բաժնի ծառայողները կատարվածի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկեցին օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, որոնց արդյունքում պարզվեց, որ 45-ամյա տղամարդուն դանակահարել է արթիկցի 16-ամյա պատանին: Նա հայտնաբերվեց, ձերբակալվեց և տեղափոխվեց ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժին:
Անձնական խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել են գաղտնի փականով ծալովի դանակ՝ շեղբի հատվածում արնանման հետքերով, 0,70 գրամ դեղնականաչավուն բուսական զանգված:
Բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում պատանին հայտնել է, որ ապրիլի 11-ի ժամը 19.30-ի սահմաններում Արթիկ քաղաքի Շինարարների փողոցի իրենց բնակարանում անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է համաքաղաքացի 45-ամյա տղամարդու հետ, որի ընթացքում էլ դանակով երեք անգամ հարվածել է նրան: Հայտնել է նաև, որ մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ դանակը գնել է հանրախանութից, իսկ բուսական զանգվածը անձնական օգտագործման համար հավաքել է վայրաճ կանեփի չորացած ցողուններից՝ իր օգտագործման համար:
