Փաշինյանը խոստովանում է իր ձախողումը

Նախօրեին Հայաստանի կառավարությունում տեղի ունեցած մի հարցուպատասխան ամբողջությամբ բացահայտում է գործող իշխանությունների դիլետանտությունն ու կառավարման հմտությունների լիակատար բացակայությունը։
Կառավարության նիստում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե պետական կառավարման համակարգի առաջնային օղակում խոր խնդիրներ է տեսնում։
Մասնավորապես, քննադատել է առողջապահության և պաշտպանության նախարարություններին, ընդամենը մի դրվագով նշել, որ վերջին շրջանում մի քանի աղմկոտ դեպքեր է հիշում, երբ զորահավաքային, առողջապահոթյան համակարգի աշխատակիցների ներգրավմամբ ուղղակի սխեմաներ են գործում և ապօրինություններ իրականացվում։
«Արձանագրվել էր, որ զորակոչիկի ուղեղում կիստա կա, բայց դա հնարավոր չէ նույնականացնել, այն հետազոտական տվյալը, որին հղում է արվում, հենց այդ մարդու հետազոտության տվյալն է,թե տիպային կիստա ունենք, պատճենով բոլորի գործերի մեջ դնում ենք ու ազատում»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։
Ո՞ւմ մտքով կանցներ, որ երկրի էլիտար երկու մասնագիտություն ունեցող ներկայացուցիչների միջև այդպիսի լայն համագործակցություն կա ընդդեմ պետության, իբր արձանագրել է նա։ Ավելին, վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը էական է համարում, որ այս ահազանգերը և իրավիճակները տվյալ համակարգերից չեն ստացվել։
Մինչ Փաշինյանը փիլիսոփայում էր, թե՛ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը, թե՛ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ոչինչ չասող դեմքով նայում էին նրան և չէին ցանկանում խոստովանել, որ իրենց ոլորտներում ձախողումները իրենց իսկ պատասխանատվությունն է։
«Հայաստանում խոր պետական համակարգի ճգնաժամ է»,- արձանագրում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ինքն էլ չարձանագրելով, որ դրա գլխավոր և թիվ մեկ պատասխանատուն հենց ինքն է։
Իրենց իսկ դիլետանտության, պետական կառավարման համակարգից ընդհանրապես գլուխ չհանելու պատճառով, Հայաստանում կոռուպցիան ավելի է արմատավորվել, տասնյակներով և հարյուրներով երիտասարդներ կաշառքի միջոցով ազատվում են բանակային ծառայությունից, իսկ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, առողջապահության նախարարությունն ընդհանրապես ի վիճակի չեն վերահսկելու այդ գործընթացը։
Փաշինյանն էլ , որն իրեն լրագրող է պատկերացնում, ընդամենը արձանագրումներ է անում Կառավարության նիստում, փոխանակ դիմում գրի և հեռանա։
