Արևմտյան երկրները վտանգավոր կերպով մանևրում են միջուկային տերությունների միջև ուղիղ ռազմական բախման եզրին, ինչը հղի է աղետալի հետևանքներով։ Այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի տեսաուղերձում՝ ուղղված Մոսկվայի Չտարածման համաժողովի մասնակիցներին, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Այսօր ԱՄՆ-ն և նրա ՆԱՏՕ-ի արբանյակները շարունակում են տարված մնալ Ռուսաստանին «ռազմավարական պարտություն» պատճառելու գաղափարով և պատրաստ են շարունակել զսպել մեր երկիրը մինչև «վերջին ուկրաինացին»: Ընդ որում, արևմտականները վտանգավոր կերպով մանևրում են միջուկային տերությունների միջև ուղիղ ռազմական բախման եզրին, որը հղի է աղետալի հետևանքներով»,- նշել է Լավրովը։
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի խոսքով, առանձնակի մտահոգություն է առաջացնում այն փաստը, որ հենց արևմտյան միջուկային պետությունների «եռյակն» է Ուկրաինայի հիմնական հովանավորներից և տարբեր սադրիչ քայլերի գլխավոր նախաձեռնողներից։
«Մենք դրանում տեսնում ենք լուրջ ռազմավարական ռիսկեր, որոնք հանգեցնում են միջուկային վտանգի մակարդակի բարձրացմանը»,- հավելել է նա։
«Մենք համոզված ենք, որ գլոբալ իրավիճակի հետագա դեգրադացումը կանխելու, երկարաժամկետ կայունություն պահպանելու և զինաթափման իրատեսական օրակարգ ձևակերպելու համար անհրաժեշտ են համատեղ ջանքեր՝ բազմակողմանիության, հավասարության և անբաժանելիության սկզբունքների վրա հիմնված միջազգային անվտանգության նորացված ճարտարապետություն կառուցելու համար։ Միայն այս կերպ հնարավոր է նվազեցնել միջպետական հակամարտության մակարդակը և ապահովել իրական առաջընթաց սպառազինությունների վերահսկման ոլորտում», - ասել է Լավրովը։
