Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ իշխանությունը նպատակաուղղված ձևով սահմանների ճշգրտման թեման տանում է խաղաղություն կամ պատերազմ դիլեմայով, մի քանի դիտարկումներ այս թեմայով: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը.
«Առաջին, հարցն այն չէ, որ սահմանների ճշգրտման խնդիր չկա, դա մի օր տեղի էր ունենալու, մանավանդ, որ Ադրբեջանը օկուպացրել է ՀՀ տարածքի էական հատվածներ, սակայն դա պետք է տեղի ունենա միջազգային պրակտիկայի, նախադեպերի, միջազգային իրավունքի և ուժի կիրառման շանտաժի բացակայության պայմաններում:
Բայց հարցն այն է, թե ի՞նչ են այս գործընթացից ուզում ստանալ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները:
Ադրբեջանը իր նախընտրած քարտեզներով ու սկզբունքներով փորձում է «սահմանը ծռել» ու մխրճվել բոլոր այն հատվածներում, որտեղ նպատակահարմար է համարում:
Երկրորդ, Ադրբեջանի առաջնային նպատակը 5,6 կամ նույնիսկ 50 մարտական դիրքի վրա վերահսկողությունը չէ, ոչ էլ նույնիսկ 2000 ՀԱ կամ ավելին հողային բարելավում ստանալը, նրա համար թիվ մեկ խնդիրը ՀՀ այնպիսի հատվածներում մխրճվելն է, որից հետո Հայաստանի պաշտպանողականությունն ու դիմադրողականությունը բոլոր առումներով կփլվի:
Այս տեսանկյունից Տավուշն առաջին թիրախն է, երկրորդն արդեն Արարատը կլինի:
Սա է նաև պատճառը, որ ադրբեջանցիները սահմանային ճշգրտումների դեպքում, նույնիսկ ամենաանընդունելի քարտեզների պարագայում, Տավուշում տարածքային փոխանակության չեն գնում, ինչն, ի դեպ, լրիվ տեղավորվում է դեմարկացիայի կանոններում:
Կրկնում եմ` Ադրբեջանը ոչ թե հողի, այլ կոնկրետ ռազմավարական տեղակայման խնդիր է լուծում, որի պայմաններում հայկական հարցն իր ողջ խորությամբ և բաղադրիչներով կվերացվի:
Իսկ ի՞նչ է այս պայմաններում ուզում ՀՀ իշխանությունը: Միանգամից ասեմ, որ գոնե վերևի էշելոններում ՀՀ-ին սպասվող աղետը ընկալում են, սակայն այս դեպքում իշխանության պահպանման թեման նրանց համար կյանքի ու մահի հարց է և դա երկարաձգելու համար զոհաբերվում է Հայաստան պետությունը»:
