Կոնվերս Բանկը հաշված օրերի ընթացքում ավարտել է դրամային պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը

Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտարարում է դրամային պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման ավարտի մասին: Գործընթացի մեկնարկից հետո մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում տեղաբաշխվել է 5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով պարտատոմս՝ 10.25% տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությամբ, վճարման կիսամյակային պարբերականությամբ և երկու տարի մարման ժամկետով:

«Նման սեղմ ժամկետում տեղաբաշխման ավարտը վկայում է Բանկի առաջարկած ներդրումային պրոդուկտների, արժեթղթերի նկատմամբ բարձր պահանջարկի մասին: Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում հաճախորդներին վստահության և Բանկի կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերի նկատմամբ մեծ հետաքրքրության համար: Հայտնում ենք, որ ցանկության դեպքում այսօր նրանք ևս կարող են ներդրում կատարել Բանկի պարտատոմսերում. շարունակվում է Կոնվերս Բանկի 10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր ծավալով դոլարային պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը: Տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը 4.75% է, արժեկտրոնի վճարման պարբերականությունը  կիսամյակային է, մարման ժամկետը՝ 17.04.2027թ»,-ասել են Կոնվերս Բանկում՝ հավելելով, որ պարտատոմսերի Ծրագրային ազդագրի և Թողարկման վերջնական պայմաններին հնարավոր է ծանոթանալ պաշտոնական կայքում՝ այստեղ:

Բանկում նշել են նաև, որ օրերս մարվել են Կոնվերս Բանկի՝ 2022թ. գարնանը տեղաբաշխված 5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ և 2021 թվականի գարնանը տեղաբաշխված 10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր ծավալով պարտատոմսեր: Դրամային պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվել էին 2 տրանշով, ինչով պայմանավորված՝ արժեկտրոնների եկամտաբերությունը կազմել է համապատասխանաբար 10% և 9.75%, իսկ դոլարային պարտատոմսերը մեկ տրանշով՝ 5.25% արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությամբ: Տեղաբաշխման ընթացքում պարտատոմսերի նկատմամբ մեծ հետաքրքրությունն իր արտահայտությունն է գտել նաև երկրորդային շուկայում:
