Ի՞նչ է սպասվում Ղազախստանում. Երևանը համաձայն է հանդիպմանը

Փետրվարին Բեռլինում ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումից հետո տրամաբանական կլիներ նոր հանդիպումը կազմակերպել կրկին Գերմանիայի տարածքում, հատկապես, որ կողմերը դրական էին գնահատել բանակցությունների ընթացքում ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները։
Բանակցությունների անաչառ հարթակ գտնելն այսօր չափազանց բարդ է, Բաքուն հրաժարվում է ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի միջնորդական ծառայություններից, պաշտոնական Երևանը վերապահումներ ունի Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի հարցում։
Օրեր առաջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարեց, թե մոտ ապագայում կարող է կայանալ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հերթական հանդիպումը, որի կազմակերպիչ, բայց ոչ միջնորդ հանդես կգա պաշտոնական Աստանան։
«Մեզ է դիմել Ղազախստանը՝ իր տարածքում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպում կազմակերպելու առաջարկով։ Մենք այդ առաջարկն ընդունել ենք, եթե Հայաստանն էլ դրական պատասխան տա, արտգործնախարարների հաջորդ հանդիպումը տեղի կունենա Ղազախստանում։ Խոսքը, սակայն, ոչ թե միջնորդական ջանքերի, այլ բանակցությունների համար հարթակի տրամադրման մասին է, և մենք երախտապարտ ենք Ղազախստանի իշխանություններին այս առաջարկի համար», - ասել էր Ալիևը։
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ արձագանքը ավելի շուտ հանդիպումն Աստանայում կազմակերպելուն կողմ, քան դեմ լինելու մասին էր։ Նշել էին, թե ղազախական կողմի առաջարկով նախարարների հնարավոր հանդիպման ամսաթվի մասին կտեղեկացնեն դրա շուրջ պայմանավորվելուն պես:
«Հայաստանը դիտարկում է և կողմ է այն միջնորդական ջանքերին կամ բանակցությունների անցկացման հարթակներին, որոնք իրապես միտված են Հարավային Կովկասում հարատև խաղաղության հասնելու նպատակին, աջակցում են հիմնարար սկզբունքների ու փոխհամաձայնեցված փաստաթղթերի, այդ թվում՝ 1991 թ. Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման ու սահմանազատման գործընթացին», - ասվում էր ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրությունում:
Ղազախստանը ՀՀ դաշնակիցն է ՀԱՊԿ-ում, սակայն այդ երկիրը թյուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպության անդամ է, նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևն էլ շաբաթներ առաջ Բաքվում գովել էր Ադրբեջանին՝ «իր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու համար»։ Տոկաևը նաև Շուշի էր գնացել, մասնակցել ղազախական գումարներով կառուցված դպրոցի բացմանը։ Ղազախստանը, ըստ ամենայնի, անաչառ հարթակ լինել չի կարող, բանակցություններն էլ հավասար կողմերի միջև չէ, որ ընթանում են։
Փաստացի, ՀՀ իշխանությունները կրկին ընդունում են Ադրբեջանի պահանջները՝ չմտահոգվելով դրանց հետևանքների մասին։
