IFAD-ը կաջակցի ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման նոր ծրագրի մշակմանը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը հունվարի 20-ին ընդունել է Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման միջազգային հիմնադրամի (IFAD) պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էին Մերձավոր Արևելքի, Կենտրոնական Ասիայի, Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի և Եվրոպայի բաժնի տնօրեն Խալիդա Բուզարը,IFAD-ի Հայաստանի ծրագրերի եկավար Պատրիկ Հերլանտը և այլոք: Պատվիրակությունը Հայաստան է ժամանել Երևանում «Ենթակառուցվածքների և գյուղական ֆինանսավորման աջակցության ծրագրի» մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ:
«Հայաստանում իր երկարամյա գործունեության ընթացքում IFAD-ն իրականացրել է մի շարք կարևոր ծրագրեր, որոնք շատ արդյունավետ ընթացք են ունեցել: Համոզված եմ, որ մեկնարկող ծրագիրը նույնպես հաջող ընթացք կունենա և կնպաստի մեր երկրում գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի հետագա զարգացմանը»,- ողջունելով հյուրերին` նշել էՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը:
Այնուհետև նախարարը հյուրերին համառոտ ներկայացրել է ոլորտի ներկա վիճակը, մատնանշել առաջնահերթություններն ու գերակա խնդիրները: Այս համատեքստում նա, մասնավորապես, կարևորել է պտուղ-բանջարեղենի, մսի և կաթի վերամշակման արտադրամասերի, սառնարանային տնտեսությունների, չորանոցների կառուցման, ինչպես նաև գյուղմթերքի շուկայահանման հարցերը:
Սերգո Կարապետյանն ընդգծել է նաև օրգանական գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման, ոռոգման համակարգում նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման, նոր ջրամբարների կառուցման, գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվների ստեղծման անհրաժեշտությունը:
Նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ հիմնադրամը յուրաքանչյուր երեք տարին մեկ քննարկում է տարբեր պետություններում ծրագրեր իրականացնելու հնարավորությունը` պատվիրակության ղեկավար Խալիդա Բուզարն իր հերթին առաջարկել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը մշակել գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման նոր ծրագրի նախագիծ, որը սահմանված կարգով կհաստատվի IFAD-ի Խորհրդի կողմից 2017 թվականին: Խալիդա Բուզարը նաև հավելել է, որ նշված ծրագրի մշակմանն աջակցելու նպատակով Հայաստան կգործուղվի մասնագետների փորձագիտական խումբ:
Զրույցի ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք այլ հարցեր ևս:
Հանդիպման ավարտին նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ Հիմնադրամի հետ հայկական կողմի համագործակցությունը կշարունակի զարգանալ և ընդլայնվել:
