Состоялся телефонный разговор премьер-министра Никола Пашиняна с государственным секретарем США Энтони Блинкеном.
В Департаменте информации и по связям с общественностью аппарата премьер-министра Армении, собеседники обсудили вопросы, касающиеся повестки двусторонних отношений Армения-США, состоявшейся 5 апреля в Брюсселе встречи, а также армяно-азербайджанского мирного процесса.
Премьер-министр Пашинян выразил удовлетворение активизацией двусторонних отношений Армения-США. Премьер-министр также подчеркнул важность реализации достигнутых в Брюсселе 5 апреля договоренностей, подчеркнув, что эти договоренности отражены в опубликованном по итогам встречи пресс-релизе, и встреча не имела какой-либо секретной повестки.
Премьер-министр Пашинян также позитивно отозвался о процессе делимитации государственной границы между Арменией и Азербайджаном, подчеркнув, что обеспокоенность жителей сел Воскепар, Киранц и Беркабер Тавушской области понятна, и будет сделано все для решения их легитимных опасений.
Собеседники подчеркнули важность достигнутых 6 октября 2022 года в ходе четырехсторонней встречи в Праге договоренностей в контексте мирного процесса между Арменией и Азербайджаном. Признание Арменией и Азербайджаном территориальной целостности и суверенитета друг друга на основе Алма-Атинской декларации, а также осуществление процесса делимитации и демаркации на основе той же декларации открывают путь к подписанию мирного договора между Арменией и Азербайджаном.
Был также обсужден проект “Перекресток мира”. Премьер-министр еще раз подчеркнул, что проект отражает достигнутые председателем Европейского совета Шарлем Мишелем, президентом Азербайджана Ильхамом Алиевым и премьер-министром Армении Николом Пашиняном в июле 2023 года в Брюсселе договоренности о том, что региональные коммуникации должны быть открыты на основе суверенитета и юрисдикции стран, по принципу равенства и взаимности. Эти договоренности отражены в заявлении председателя Мишеля по итогам вышеупомянутой встречи.
