POLITICSՀայոց Ազգային Արժանապատվության տրիբունալ ստեղծելու՝ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի առաջարկը գործող իշխանությունների կողմնակիցները սկսել են օգտագործել գեներալի ուղղությամբ ցեխարձակումներ անելու, նրան, իբր առանց դատ ու դատաստանի, գործող իշխանությունների դեմ պայքարի կոչեր անելու մեջ մեղադրելու համար։ Մինչդեռ իրականում գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի առաջարկը ճիշտ հակառակն է։
Հայոց Ազգային Արժանապատվության տրիբունալի ստեղծումը ոչ միայն օրինական է, այլև անհրաժեշտություն։ Բնականաբար, նման հեռանկարից առաջին հերթին վախենում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր կողմնակիցները, ինչպես և այն իբր չեզոք անաչառ քաղաքագետները, փորձագետները և լրատվամիջոցները, որոնք իրականում զբաղված են փաշինյանական իշխանության դեմքը պարզելով և իշխանության քարոզչական նարատիվները ծածուկ տարածելով։
Արշակ Կարապետյանի առաջարկը չափազանց պարզ, հեշտ մարսելի և կարևորը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ու հայ ժողովրդի շահերից բխող առաջարկ է։
Հայոց Ազգային Արժանապատվության տրիբունալ ստեղծելու մասին գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն ասել էր «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարի ժամանակ։ Նրա ողջ ելույթից, ինչպես և կուսակցության հիմնադրման արարողության ժամանակ հնչած քաղաքական մտքերից, ամենածանրը գործող իշխանության համար հենց տրիբունալի ստեղծման առաջարկն է եղել։ Լատինական «տրիբունալ»՝ «դատարան» բառը 2000 և ավելի տարիների երկար ճանապարհ է անցել։ Իրական տրիբունալի լավագույն օրինակը հայ իրականության մեջ նախորդ դարի 20-ական թվականներին Գերմանիայում Սողոմոն Թեհլերյանի դատավարությունն էր, որն ազատ արձակեց հայ վրիժառուին, ինչպես և բարձրացրեց հայ ժողովրդի հերոսական ոգին։
44-օրյա պատերազմում և դրանից հետո, գործող իշխանությունների գործունեությունն ու վարած քաղաքականությունը հնարավոր է բնորոշել բացառապես դավաճանություն բառով, որևէ այլ բառով բնորոշելու հնարավորություն չկա։ Փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ անում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանությունը նվազեցնելու, տարածքային ամբողջականությանը վնասելու, օր առ օր Հայաստանին նոր հարվածներ հասցնելու համար։ Եվ նման պարագայում հայաստանյան դատական համակարգը չունի բավարար անկախություն՝ գործող իշխանությանը պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու։ Փոխարենը՝ Արշակ Կարապետյանն է լուրջ հանդիպումներ ունենում տարբեր իրավաբանների, անվանի մասնագետների հետ։
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով՝ Հայոց Ազգային Արժանապատվության տրիբունալի կառուցվածքն արդեն գրեթե պատրաստ է։ Առաջիկայում այդ մասին համապատասխան հայտարարություններ կլինեն, հենց այս փաստն է, որ ցնցումներ է առաջացրել գործող վարչախմբի շարքերում։
