ՌԴ տնտեսական զարգացման նախարարության կանխատեսումը, որը ենթադրում է, որ առաջիկա երեք տարիների ընթացքում դոլարը 100 ռուբլուց ավելի թանկ կլինի, միանգամայն արդարացված է, բայց ավելի լավ է առայժմ չերազել ՌԴ ազգային արժույթը մինչև 70-ի ամրապնդելու մասին. այս մասին Փրայմ գործակալությանը հայտնել է տնտեսագետ Իլյա Ֆեդորովը։
Փաստն այն է, որ ռուբլու ամրապնդման համար այժմ շատ ավելի քիչ հնարավորություններ կան, քան այն թուլացնելու համար: Նույն կանխատեսման մեջ նշված արտահանման հետ կապված խնդիրներն իսկապես կան, բայց ոչ միայն արտահանումը, այլև ներմուծումը հարցեր են առաջացնում, ասում է Ֆեդորովը։
Հաշվի առնելով դրամական փոխանցումների հետ կապված խնդիրները, չափազանց դժվար է կանխատեսել արժույթի հոսքը երկիր, և, հետևաբար, փոխարժեքը։
«Ավելի հեշտ է կանխատեսման մեջ դնել ավելի թույլ փոխարժեք, քան բացատրել դրա թուլացումը ապագայում»,- կարծում է տնտեսագետը։
