SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիայի քննչական բաժնում «սպանություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Այդ օրը՝ ժամը 19:45-ի սահմաններում «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքեվ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:

Տեղում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ հրազենային վնասվածք ստացած քաղաքացին, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է:

Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 67-ամյա Ազատ Տոնապետյանն է:

Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ նա հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Հրազդանի կիրճում գործող «Բարդիներ» ռեստորանային համալիրից:  

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ այդ օրը՝ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ Ա. Տոնապետյանը, նրա որդին՝ Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 39-ամյա Կարեն Տոնապետյանը, Երևանում հաշվառված 59-ամյա Արման Հովակիմյանը, ԱՄՆ քաղաքացի 35-ամյա Տիգրան Սիլահը և Երևանում հաշվառված 33-ամյա Սուրեն Հովսեփյանը ժամանել են Հրազդանի կիրճում գործող «Բարդիներ» ռեստորանային համալիր՝ ընթրելու:

Ընթրելու ընթացքում Ա. Հովակիմյանը իր պայուսակից հանել և աջ ձեռքի մեջ է պահել իրեն պատկանող ատրճանակը, ինչից էլ, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ պատահական արձակել է կրակոց, վնասել իր ձախ ձեռքը, և որովայնի շրջանում վիրավորում պատճառել Ազատ Տոնապետյանին:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ նա իր որդու «Ford» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով վիրավորին ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխել է «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ էլ, գիտակցության չգալով, վիրավորը մահացել է:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի, ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողների կողմից տարված բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում Ս. Հովսեփյանը, Տ. Սիլահը և Ա. Հովակիմյանը ինքնակամ ներկայացել են ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին, որտեղ Ա. Հովակիմյանը ներկայացրել է ատրճանակը:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ատրճանակը նա ստացել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախագահի կողմից՝ որպես պարգևատրություն՝ մարտական ատրճանակ:

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, որ ոստիկանություն դեպքի մասին ահազանգել է «Բարդիներ» ռեստորանային համալիրի սեփականատեր Ավետիք Ղազարյանը:
