Բոլոր այն գործընթացները, որին ներգավված են հոգևորականները, ՀՀ պետականության դեմ ուղղված գործընթացներ են, որտեղ ՀՀ-ին փորձում են ներքաշել պատերազմի մեջ՝ փրկիչներ հրավիրելու համար։

Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը։

«Հայաստանը փորձում են դարձնել երրորդ երկրների սպասարկման վայր, սա է ամբողջ իրողությունը։ 4 ադրբեջանական գյուղերը վերջին փաստարկներն են Ադրբեջանի համար ՀՀ-ի վրա լեգիտիմ հարձակում իրականացնելու համար, բոլորը սրա մասին շատ լավ գիտեն։ Այս գործընթացը հետապնդում է մեկ նպատակ՝ չստացվեց ԼՂ-ի հարցում Հայաստանին ներքաշել պատերազմի մեջ, հիմա էլ փորձում են 4 գյուղերի կոնտեքստում ներքաշել պատերազմի մեջ»,- ասաց նա։

Խոսելով տարածաշրջանում երկարատև խաղաղություն հասնելու հնարավորությունների մասին՝ Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց, որ կան ռիսկեր՝ նույնիսկ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքումից հետո։

«Սահմանազատված սահմանը էականորեն նվազեցնում է էսկալացիայի ռիսկերը, դրա վառ ապացույցը Որոտանում կանգնած սահմանապահներն են։ Մենք գործ ունենք Ադրբեջանի հետ և չգիենք ամեն պահի իրենց մտքին ինչ կարող է գալ, փորձում ենք նվազեցնել այդ ռիսկերը»,- նշեց պատգամավորը։
