Գլխավոր դատախազը հրապարակային անդրադառնալով Արմեն Աշոտյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործին թույլ է տվել զրպարտություն:
 
Այսպես` «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատախազության 2023 թվականի գործունեության մասին հաղորդման» մեջ նշված է, որ Արմեն Աշոտյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով “պետությանը պատճառվել է 905.194.706 դրամի գույքային վնաս: …
 
Մեղադրյալի կողմից պատճառված վնասն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է”:
 
Մեջբերված հատվածում գլխավոր դատախազը երկու անգամ խեղաթյուրել է իրականությունը, քանի որ`
 
1. դատարանի 16.04.2024թ. որոշմամբ հաստատվել է, որ այս գործով պետությանը որևէ վնաս չի պատճառվել,
 
2. ո՛չ Արմեն Աշոտյանը և ո՛չ էլ որևէ այլ մեղադրյալ որևէ «վնաս» չի «վերականգնել», որովհետև պաշտպանության կողմը գործը համարում է շինծու և չի ընդունում մեղադրանքը:
 
Հաշվի առնելով, որ`
 
ա) հրապարակային ներկայացվել են այնպիսի փաստացի տվյալներ, որոնք չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը և արատավորում են Արմեն Աշոտյանի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը,
 
բ) վերոնշյալ հաղորդումը հրապարակված է դատախազության և ԱԺ պաշտոնական կայքերում, ինչպես նաև բանավոր ներկայացվել է Ազգային ժողովի պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում,
 
ՊԱՀԱՆՋՈՒՄ ԵՆՔ բոլոր նշված հարթակներում հրապարակել վերոհիշյալ զրպարտության հերքում:
