Երբ երեխան ծնողներին մանիպուլիացիայի է ենթարկում․ ինչ անել

Երեխաների հիստերիաներն ու կամակորությունները իսկական մանիպուլիացիա են։ Երբեմն նրանք լաց են լինում, ոտքերը գետնին հարվածում, խաղալիքները դեն նետում, բայց ոչ այն պատճառով, որ վատ են զգում, այլ նրա համար, որ ցանկանում են հասնել իրենց ուզածին։ Նման հիստերիաները տարբերվում են իրենց ցուցադրականությամբ եւ վառ էմոցիաներով։
Փոքրիկ մանիպուլյատորին հանդիսատես է պետք եւ լաց է լինում, երբ մոտերքում մարդ կա։ Իսկ եթե մի քանի հոգի են, նա հիստերիա է բարձրացնում։ Հենց այսպես էլ նա մանիպուլիացիայի է ենթարկում ծնողներին։
Հիստերաիներ անում են ոչ բոլոր երեխաները, նրանք, ովքեր սիրում են ուշադրության կենտրոնում լինել։ Նման երեխաները կարող են բարկանալ միայն այն պատճառով, որ մեծերն իրար հետ են խոսում եւ ոչ թե իր հետ։ Հաճախ նրանք սկսում են ինչ-որ բան հարցնել, շեղել ուշադրությունը խոսակցությունից, իսկ եթե չի օգնում, անում են բաներ, որոնք դուր չեն գա ծնողներին։
Վերջին տարբերակով, նրանք հիստերիա են բարձրացնում՝ ուշադրության կենտրոնում լինելու համար։ Հաճախ ծնողները ստիպված են լինում անել երեխայի ուզածը, միայն թե նա դադարի լաց լինել։ Սակայն սա ամենամեծ ծնողական սխալն է։
Այսպիսով, երեխաներն ամեն անգամ հասնում են իրենց ուզածին ու սովորում դրան։ Գնալով ավելի բարդ է լինելու՝ 3 տարեկանում նա ոտքերով է հարվածում, 7 տարեկանում հրաժարվում է դասերն անել, իսկ 15-ում կարող է փախչել տնից։ Եւ այս ամենը նրա համար, որ ժամանակին չեք կարողացել հարթել իրավիճակը։ Սա իհարկե չափազանց բարդ է, բայց հաղթահարել հնարավոր է։ Ահա թե ինչպես։
1, Հավաքեք ձեզ, փոքրիկ դադար տվեք, որպեսզի ներքնապես հավաքվեք։
2, Խնդրեք բոլոր ներկաներին դուրս գալ սենյակից, իսկ եթե հնարավոր չէ, երեխային ավելի հանգիստ տեղ տարեք, որտեղ ոչ ոք չի լինի։
3, Ձեզ համար որոշեք, ցանկանում եք եւ կարող եք թույլ տալ երեխային այն, ինչ նա ուզում է։
4, Եթե ոչ, խիստ, բայց հանգիստ տոնով ասեք երեխային ձեր պահանջը։
5, Պատրաստ եղեք, որ որոշ ժամանակ ստիպված եք լինելու մանկական լացը լսել։
6, Ոչ մի պարագայում հետ մի կանգնեք ձեր պահանջից ու այն կրկնեք։
7, Երբ երեխան հանգստանա, գրկեք նրան ու ասեք, թե որքան եք նրան սիրում։
Հիշեք, երբ երեխան հասկանա, որ իր հիստերիաներն օգուտ չեն տալիս, կդադարի անընդհատ լաց լինել ու կամակորություններ անել։
