Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալը լրջորեն խարխլելու է գործող իշխանության հիմքերը. Արշակ Կարապետյան
POLITICS2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո գործող իշխանությունները հնարավոր բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել են Հայաստանում դատական համակարգը խեղաթյուրելու, իրենց ամբողջական իշխանությունը համակարգի վրա տարածելու, ինչպես նաև անկախ դատավորներին համակարգից դուրս մղելու համար։
Այսօր էլ կան դեռևս անկախ դատավորներ, որոնք երբեմն-երբեմն դիմադրում են գործող ռեժիմի բռնաճնշումներին, բայց իրական արդարության հասնելու համար Հայաստանում հարկավոր է փոխել դատական ամբողջ համակարգը, էլ չասած՝ գործող իշխանություններին պատասխանավության ենթարկել իրենց կատարած հանցագործությունների համար, ընդ որում, փաստ չէ, որ իշխանափոխությունից հետո շատ արագ հնարավոր կլինի ուշքի բերել դատական համակարգն այնպես, որ կայացված վճիռները աներկբա լինեն ողջ հանրության համար։
Նման պարագայում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի քաղաքական և իրավական պատասխանատվությունն արձանագրելու և պատժելու միակ ու իրական մեթոդը Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալն է, որի առաջարկը ապրիլի սկզբին արել էր «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
Ըստ մտահաղացման՝ Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալին անդամակցելու են անվանի իրավաբաններ ոչ միայն Հայաստանից, այլև Սփյուռքից, ովքեր արձանագրելու և փաստելու են գործող իշխանությունների կատարած հանցագործությունները սեփական ժողովրդի դեմ, կայացնելու են այնպիսի վճիռներ, որոնք անբեկանելի և հիմնավոր լինեն հետագա տասնամյակների, անգամ հարյուրամյակների համար։ Դատական այնպիսի պրոցես են իրականացնելու, որ գործող իշխանություններն իրենք էլ հասկանան իրենց կատարած քայլերի վտանգավորությունը։
Հենց սա է պատճառը, որ փաշինյանական իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ հանդես են գալիս Արշակ Կարապետյանի առաջարկի դեմ, քանի որ իրենք էլ հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ նման տրիբունալի ստեղծումը լրջորեն խարխլելու է գործող իշխանության հիմքերը։ Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալ ստեղծելու գաղափարով հատկապես խանդավառ են Սփյուռքի տարբեր գաղթօջախների լավագույն համալսարաններն ավարտած իրավաբանները, որոնք կկարողանան իրենց միջազգային առաջատար փորձն օգտագործել նաև սեփական հայրենիքի համար կարևորագույն այնպիսի մի նախաձեռնության մեջ, ինչպիսին Արշակ Կարապետյանի առաջարկած տրիբունալն է, և ինչ-որ կերպ օգուտ տալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։
