Սերժ Սարգսյանը Չեխիայի ՍԴ նախագահին ներկայացրել է բարեփոխումների ընթացքը

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր ընդունել է ՀՀ ՍԴ նախագահի հրավերով Հայաստան ժամանած Չեխիայի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Պավել Ռիխետսկիին:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը ողջունել է բարձրաստիճան հյուրին մեր երկրում եւ համագործակցության ամրապնդման ու փորձի փոխանակման տեսանկյունից կարեւորել հաճախակի փոխայցելությունները, որոնք, Հանրապետության նախագահի խոսքով, հնարավորություն են ընձեռում անկաշկանդ մթնոլորտում համակողմանի քննարկել մասնագիտական հարցեր, կարծիքներ փոխանակել Սահմանադրության ոլորտին առնչվող հիմնախնդիրների շուրջ: Սերժ Սարգսյանը Չեխիայի ՍԴ նախագահի այցը նաեւ օգտակար է համարել Հայաստանում մեկնարկած սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացի ներկայիս փուլում, ընդգծելով, որ յուրաքանչյուր երկրի փորձ եւ հատկապես եվրոպական երկրի՝ Հայաստանի համար կարեւոր է:
Նախագահը գոհունակությամբ է խոսել հայ-չեխական միջպետական հարաբերությունների եւ տարբեր ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության մասին, որոնք, նրա խոսքով, վերջին տարիներին բավականաչափ ակտիվացել են: Ըստ նախագահի, իրավական ոլորտում եւս հարաբերությունների զարգացմամբ երկու բարեկամ երկրների միջեւ համագործակցությունն ավելի ամբողջական կդառնա:
Չեխիայի ՍԴ նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի ՍԴ-ի հետ ձեւավորված համագործակցությունը եւ ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանը՝ որպես եվրոպական քաղաքակրթության օրրան, միայն հարգանք է առաջացնում, եւ Չեխիայում պատրաստակամ են հայ գործընկերների հետ խորացնել առկա փոխգործակցությունը:
Պավել Ռիխետսկին ՀՀ նախագահին ներկայացրել է դեռեւս 1920 թվականին հիմնված Չեխիայի ՍԴ-ի անցած ճանապարհը, ձեռքբերումները, երկրի սահմանադրական արդարադատության ներկայիս համակարգը եւ այն կատարելագործելու համար դեռեւս առկա խնդիրները:
Հանրապետության նախագահը փոխադարձաբար հյուրին ներկայացրել է ՀՀ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացը, այդ ճանապարհին եվրոպական կառույցների հետ սերտ համագործակցությունը, ինչպես նաեւ մեր երկրի համար հիշյալ բարեփոխումների կարեւորությունն ու նպատակը:
