Երկու հաղորդագրություն է եղել, որ մենք արդեն սահմանային սյուներ ենք տեղադրել, այդ քարտեզի վրա մենք իմացել ենք՝ որտեղ է այդ սահմանային սյունը և քարտեզի վրա մենք պատկերացում ենք ունեցել, թե մոտավորապես որտեղ է այդ սահմանային սյունը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մայիսի 1-ին, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության տված հարցազրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Միևնույն է, երբ գնում ենք տեղում չափումներ անելու այդ GPS կոչված սարքի միջոցով, որը կոորդինատն է տեղորոշում գետնի վրա, միշտ էլ լինում են շեղումներ: Ընդ որում, տեսեք, մենք նաև քարտեզի վրա ենթադրենք շատ բարակ գիծ ունենք ճի՞շտ է և մենք քարտեզի վրա տեսնում ենք գիծ, բայց քարտեզի մասշտաբից կախված այս գիծը գետնի վրա ունի լայնություն: Քարտեզի մասշտաբից կախված այս գիծը կարող է լինել 40 մետր լայն, այս գիծը կարող է լինել 15 մետր լայն և այսպես շարունակ:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է սահմանազատված հատվածներին, այդ հատվածներում ՊՆ-ն ծառայություն չի իրականացնելու սահմանի պահպանության համար: Սահմանի պահպանության հարցն ամբողջությամբ իրականացնելու են ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերը, որովհետև սահմանապահ զորքերի մանդատն է՝ իրականացնել Հայաստանի սահմանի պահպանությունը:
Այսինքն այդ հատվածում սահմանի վրա մենք ՊՆ-ի դիրքեր չենք ունենա: Ի՞նչ նկատի ունեմ, կարող է մեր ինքնիշխան տարածքից դիրք դուրս գալ և այդ դիրքը դուրս է գալիս, որովհետև ՊՆ-ն այդ գծի վրա այլևս ծառայություն չի իրականացնելու, ծառայություն իրականացնելու են ՀՀ սահմանապահ զորքերը»,-ասաց նա:
