Սպանություն Հրազդանի կիրճում գործող ռեստորանում․ 46–ամյա տղամարդ է կալանավորվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում իրականացված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Արագածոտնի մարզի 67–ամյա բնակչի սպանության մի շարք հանգամանքներ։
ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ԵՔՎ Մալաթիայի բաժնի հերթապահ մաս «Նաիրի» ԲԿ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2024թ․ ապրիլի 29-ին՝ ժամը 19:54-ին, հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1957թ.։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի նախաքննության ընթացքում բժշկական կենտրոնից ստացված տեղեկանքի համաձայն՝ 67–ամյա տղամարդը գտնվել է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում։ Նույն օրը նշված բժշկական կենտրոնից տեղեկացրել են, որ տղամարդը մահացել է։
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2024թ․ ապրիլի 29-ին' ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, տուժողը, Երևան քաղաքի 46–ամյա բնակիչը և մի խումբ անձինք ընթրել են Հրազդանի կիրճում գտնվող ռեստորաններից մեկում, որի ընթացքում ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ Երևանի հիշյալ բնակիչը, 67–ամյա տղամարդուն ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, իր անվամբ գրանցված F-ՉԶ75 մոդելի, 9մմ տրամաչափի, հրազեն հանդիսացող ատրճանակով մեկ անգամ կրակել է վերջինիս կենսական կարևոր օրգանների ուղղությամբ՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածք։
Նույն օրը 46–ամյա տղամարդը ինքնակամ ներկայացել է նախաքննական մարմին և ներկայացրել հանցագործության գործիքը, մեկ կրակված պարկուճը, որոնք առգրավվել են:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում վերցվել են արնանման հետքեր և քննությանը հետաքրքրող այլ իրեր, հարցաքննվել են մեկ տասնյակից ավել վկաներ, կատարվել են առգրավումներ, վերցվել նմուշներ, նշանակվել են համապատասխան փորձաքննություններ։
Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա Երևանի 46–ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155–րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ Նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան, որը բավարարվել է։
