«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունը բողոքի ակցիա է իրականացնում։
Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ ավետիք Չալաբյանը ակցիայի ժամանակ խոսք ուղղեց իրավապահ մարմիններին․
«Այսօր ՀայաստանիՀանրապետության պատմության մեջ տեղի է ունեցել աննախադեպ իրադարձություն․ ներքին զորքերը փաստացի գրավել են ՀՀ տարածքում գտնվող Կիրանց գյուղը, շրջափակել են այն, սահմանափակել են քաղաքացիներ մուտքը այդ բնակավայր, որպեսզի գյուղի մի մասը հանձնեն մեր թշնամուն։ Սա մեր պատմության մեջ աննախադեպ իրադարձություն է։
33 տարի առաջ նույն այդ տարածքում՝ Ոսկեպար գյուղում Նոյեմբերյանի 20 ոստիկաններ, մարտնչելով այդ գյուղի համար, մեծ մասը զոհվել են․ 11 ոստիկան զոհվել է ադրբեջանական ՕՄՕՆ-ի հետ բախումում, ևս 3-ը մահացել են բանտերում։ Այսօր՝ 33 տարի հետո, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանությունը փորձում է բռնազավթել այդ գյուղը՝ թշնամուն հանձնելու համար։ Սա ուղղակի աղետալի իրադարձություն է։ Սա նաև սահմանադրական կարգի դեմ ամենամեծ ոտնձգությունն է։
Այսօր ՀՀ իշխանությունը բռնազավթած անձը և խմբակը սահմանադրական կարգի տապալում են իրականացնում և փորձում են դրանում օգտագործել ոստիկանությանը։
Մենք ոստիկաններին զգուշացնում ենք, որ իրենք սահմանադրական կարգի դեմ գործողություններին չմասնակցեն, չդառնան հանցակից և հանցագործ, որովհետև հանցագործների խմբակը վաղ, թե ուշ, պատասխանատվություն է կրելու։
Ոստիկանները, որոնք մեր պետության ծառայողներն են և իրենց ծառայությունն իրականացնում են մեր կողմից վճարված հարկերով, չպետք է դառնան թշնամու գործակալների հանցակիցը։ Իսկ որ սրանք թշնամու գործակալներ են, այլևս ոչ մի կասկած չկա»։
