Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրենը դասախոսություն է կարդացել Ֆրանսիական համալսարանում

Ucom ընկերության տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը դասախոսությամբ է հանդես եկել Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական համալսարանում։  

«Արդյունավետ մենեջմենթի դերը․ ինչպես հավատ ներշնչել աշխատակիցներին և համախմբել մեկ նպատակի և ռազմավարության շուրջ» դասախոսության ընթացքում պարոն Յիրիկյանը խոսել է առաջնորդի կարևոր հմտությունների և առաջնորդության հիմնական բաղադրիչների մասին։

Դասախոսությունը կազմակերպվել է Galaxy ընկերությունների խմբի և Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի շրջանակներում։ Կողմերի ակտիվ համագործակցության ընթացքում Galaxy խմբի մենեջերները պարբերաբար դասախոսություններ են կարդում ու վարպետության դասեր անցկացնում համալսարանի ուսանողների համար։  Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի ուսանողները նաև պրակտիկա են անցնում խմբի ընկերություններում, այդ թվում և Ucom-ում։  

«Լավ մենեջեր ու լավ կառավարող լինելու համար անհրաժեշտ է փորձ․ չես կարող լավ ղեկավար լինել առանց որոշակի աշխատանքային փորձի։ Լավ կառավարիչը պիտի խրախուսի աշխատանքային գործընթացներն ու օրինակ ծառայի բոլորին։ Նա պիտի միշտ սովորի ու զարգանա և զարգացնի իր աշխատակիցներին, քանի որ նրանք են ցանկացած ընկերության հիմնական ռեսուրսը։ Եվ երբ ձեր ընկերությունը հաջողության է հասնում, պետք է չմոռանալ և ծառայել երկրին ու հասարակությանը», - նշել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

«Եթե ֆորմալ կրթությունը խիստ անհրաժեշտ է ապագա երիտասարդ մենեջերներ պատրաստելու համար, ապա անմիջականորեն մասնագիտական աշխարհի պրակտիկ փորձի փոխանցման միջոցով ոչ ֆորմալ կրթությունը նույնպես  էական դեր է խաղում: Ոլորտի իրականության հետ ուղիղ շփման մեջ լինելով՝ Ucom-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանն ուսանողներին բացատրեց թիմերի կառավարման իր մեթոդը․  ինչպե՞ս հաջողությամբ իրականացնել կորպորատիվ ռազմավարություն մեր օրերում և հատկապես ինչպես դրա շուրջ ներգրավել թիմերին, ինչպես ընկերությունը դարձնել ընդհանուր և համատեղ հաղթանակների վայր», - նշել է Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի ռեկտոր Սալվա Նակուզին։

Դասախոսության ավարտին պարոն Յիրիկյանը նաև պատասխանեց ուսանողների բազմաթիվ հարցերին և ապագայի համար արժեքավոր խորհուրդներ տվեց։
