«Ժողովուրդ». Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը գերազանցեց 5 միլիարդ դոլարի հոգեբանական շեմը

«Այս մասին «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունից։ Ըստ այդմ, ընթացիկ 2016 թվական Հայաստանը թևակոխել է 5 միլիարդ 71 միլիոն դոլար պետական պարտքով։ Անցած 2015 թվականի սկզբին Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը եղել է 4 միլիարդ 441 մլն 500 հազար դոլար։ Այսինքն՝ անցած տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը ավելացել է 629 միլիոն 500 հազար դոլարով։ Ի դեպ, նշված պետական պարտքից 3 միլիարդ 833 մլն 200 հազար դոլարը Հայաստանի արտաքին պետական պարտքն է։

Այսինքն՝ նշված գումարը ՀՀ կառավարությունը պարտքով վերցրել է միջազգային ֆինանսական կառույցներից։ Հատկանշական է այն փաստը, որ ՀՀ արտաքին պետական պարքից 487 մլն 900 հազար դոլարը գոյացել է անցած տարվա ընթացքում։ Ի դեպ, նշենք նաև, որ Հայաստանի պետական արտաքին պարտքը սրընթաց սկսեց աճել 2008-ի միջազգային տնտեսական ճգնաժամից հետո։ Օրինակ՝ 2008-ի գարնանը, այսինքն՝ մինչև տնտեսական ճգնաժամի մեկնարկը Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտք կազմում էր 1 միլիարդ 550 մլն դոլար։ Իսկ արդեն 2009-ի վերջին Հայաստանի պետական արտաքին պարտքը հասել էր 3 մլրդ դոլարի։ Հաջորդած տարիներին ՀՀ իշխանությունները մի փոքր դանդաղեցրին պետական արտաքին նոր պարտքերի ներգրավման գործընթացը, բայց անցած տարվա ընթացքում ՀՀ կառավարությունը կրկին սկսեց մեկը մյուսի ետևից պարտքեր վերցնել»,–գրում է թերթը։
