«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արևմուտքի և Ռուսաստանի շահերի բախումը աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր իրականություն է ստեղծել։ Իսկ այն երկրները, որոնք հայտնվում են այս երկու կենտրոնների հակասությունների կիզակետում, ուղղակի կարող են ռազմական գործողությունների թատերաբեմի վերածվել։ Տեսնում ենք, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում Ուկրաինայում, այդպիսի իրավիճակը կարող է տարածվել նաև այլ երկրներում։ Օրինակ՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունները մեր երկիրը մեծ արագությամբ տանում են դեպի աշխարհաքաղաքական բախման դաշտ։ Նրանք իրենց քայլերով ցույց են տալիս, թե գնում են դեպի Արևմուտք։ Ու բնական է, որ դրանով գրգռում են Ռուսաստանին, որը ինչ-որ պահի կարող է կոշտ գործողություններ ձեռնարկել։

Արդյունքում Հայաստանի շուրջ աշխարհաքաղաքական բախումը դառնում է հավանական։ Բայց Հայաստանի պարագան առանձնահատուկ է նրանով, որ այդ պայքարին կարող են միանալ նաև Իրանն ու Թուրքիան, որոնց շահերը Հայաստանի հարցում բախվում են։ Դրա համար էլ Թուրքիան ձգտում է բացել, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը», իսկ Իրանը դեմ է հանդես գալիս այդ միջանցքի գաղափարին՝ հայտարարելով, թե իրենց համար անընդունելի է ճանաչված սահմանների ցանկացած փոփոխություն։ Իրանը ցույց է տալիս, որ հարկ եղած դեպքում պատրաստ է անգամ գործողություններ ձեռնարկել, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ վերջերս հրթիռային հարվածներ հասցրեց Իսրայելին՝ Սիրիայում իր հյուպատոսության վրա հարձակման համար պատժելու նպատակով։

Թուրքիան էլ իր հերթին Ադրբեջանի միջոցով ամրապնդել է իր դիրքերը Հարավային Կովկասում ու նպատակ է հետապնդում ամբողջ տարածաշրջանը գցել իր ազդեցության տակ։ Իսկ եթե Թուրքիան հաստատվում է մեր տարածաշրջանում, ապա դա նշանակում է, որ հետագայում հիմքեր կարող են ստեղծվել Իրանի քայքայման համար՝ առաջ մղելով «Իրանական Ադրբեջանի» անջատման հարցը։ Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանի հարցում վառոդի տակառն ուղղակի պատրաստ է, իսկ ՀՀ իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են լուցկին այդ տակառին մոտեցնելու համար։ Եվ եթե Ուկրաինայի հարցում միայն Ռուսաստանն ու հավաքական Արևմուտքն են բախվում, ու ահռելի ավերածություններ են տեղի ունենում, ապա կարելի է պատկերացնել, թե ինչ կլինի Հայաստանի դեպքում, երբ բախում տեղի ունենա միանգամից մի քանի դերակատարների ներգրավվածությամբ։

Մինչ Հայաստանի դրությունը շարունակում է բարդանալ, իրադարձությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ որոշ երկրների հաջողվում է չեզոքություն պահպանել և բալանսավորված քաղաքականություն վարել՝ երկիրը զերծ պահելու անհարկի ցնցումներից։

Օրինակ՝ հարևան Վրաստանը, աչքի առաջ ունենալով 2008 թվականին տեղի ունեցած վրաց-ռուսական պատերազմի փորձը, ձգտում է հնարավորինս հավասարակշռություն պահպանել։ Թբիլիսին Արևմուտքի հետ կապերը չի խզում, սակայն և չի մտնում Արևմուտքի ամբողջական ազդեցության դաշտ, որի արդյունքում կարող է գրգռել Ռուսաստանին։ Այս համատեքստում էլ Վրաստանը նույնիսկ հրաժարվեց ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերության բանակցություններից։ Մյուս կողմից էլ՝ Թբիլիսին շարունակում է զարգացնել տնտեսական կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ, սակայն կտրուկ շրջադարձ չի կատարում դեպի Մոսկվա, որպեսզի չգրգռի Արևմուտքին։

Երեկ էլ Վրաստանի վարչապետը հայտարարությամբ դիմել է ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղարի քաղաքական հարցերով խորհրդական Դերեկ Շոլեին և կրկնել է նարատիվը՝ կապված հասարակական կազմակերպությունների միջոցով Վրաստանում հեղափոխության փորձ անցկացնելու մասին: Նման օրինակներ էլի կարելի է բերել: Սակայն այս դեպքում առաջնայինն այն է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները կարողանան օրինակ վերցնել, այլ ոչ թե թշնամանալ ռազմավարական դաշնակցի հետ ու երկիրը ներքաշել ներքաղաքական բախման կիզակետ:
