Գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի՝ Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալ ստեղծելու հայտարարությունը լրջորեն մտահոգել է գործող իշխանություններին
POLITICSՓաշինյանական վարչախումբը տենդագին պատրաստվում է Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալ ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման հայտարարությանը։
«Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարին պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի հայտարարությունը՝ տրիբունալ ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ, լրջորեն մտահոգել է գործող իշխանություններին։
Ի տարբերություն հանրային որոշ շերտերի, որոնք չեն պատկերացնում, թե ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ տրիբունալը գործող իշխանությունների համար, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը հրաշալի հասկանում է դրա լուրջ և ծանր հետևանքներն իր քաղաքական ապագայի և անգամ անվտանգության հարցում։
Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ վարչախմբի ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպումներ են ունեցել իրենց հավատարիմ իրավաբանների հետ, քննարկել, հասկացել, թե ինչ վտանգ կարող է պարունակել նման տրիբունալի ստեղծումը, և այժմ միջոցներ են ձեռնարկում դրա ստեղծումը կանխելու, ինչպես նաև հակաքարոզչություն իրականացնելու համար։ Մասնավորապես որոշ շրջանակների հանձնարարվել է ուշադիր հետևել բոլոր զարգացումներին, իսկ վարչապետի ֆեյքերի ֆաբրիկան և քարոզիչները հանձնարարություն են ստացել Արշակ Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնության հանրահռչակումից հետո, իսկական քարոզչական արշավ սկսել՝ անվանարկելու Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալը, ի սկզբանե, նախքան դրա կողմից գործուն քայլերի ձեռբարկումը։
Կարապետյանը նշել էր, որ Հայաստանի դատական համակարգը գտնվում է այնպիսի ծանր վիճակում՝ իշխանությունների վերահսկողության ներքո, որ չի կարող իրական արդարադատություն իրականացնել, այդ պայմաններում միակ հնարավոր տարբերակը պատերազմի ժամանակ և դրանից հետո գործող իշխանությունների կատարած հանցագործությունների համար պատասխանատվության կանչելն է, հենց Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի ստեղծումն է։
Ի սկզբանե, այդ հայտարարությունից հետո, գործող իշխանությունները որևէ կերպ չեն արձագանքել, թեև սովորաբար Արշակ Կարապետյանի բոլոր նախաձեռնություններին արձագանքում են առնվազն Ազգային ժողովի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի մակարդակով։
Թերևս Քոչարյանին էլ հասկացրել են, որ սա իր «լեվլը» չէ, շատ ավելի բարդ և լուրջ իրավական և քաղաքական պայքար է սպավում, ուստի իշխանությունը ներգրավում է ռեսուրսները՝ Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի ընթացքը կանխելու նպատակով։
