Լոռու մարզում իրականացվեց «Ներառականությունը մշակութային կրթության ոլորտում» ծրագիրը

Երեխաների հատուկ ստեղծագործական կենտրոն ՊՈԱԿ-ը ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության աջակցությամբ իրականացնում է երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցներում «Ներառականությունը մշակութային կրթության ոլորտում» 2024թ.-ի ծրագիրը: 

Ապրիլի 29-ից մայիսի 3-ը ծրագիրն իրականացվել է  Լոռու մարզում:  Դասընթացի թեմաներն էին հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների հետ երաժշտության խմբակային պարապմունքների առանձնահատկությունները, երաժշտական ​​համույթը՝ որպես հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների սոցիալականացման միջոց: Ծրագրի շրջանակում մանկավարժները ծանոթացան հաշմանդամություն և կրթության առանձնահատուկ պայմանների կարիք ունեցող երեխաների մանկավարժահոգեբանական բնութագրի վերլուծության, ծնող երեխա հարաբերությունների և արվեստը՝ որպես առանձնահատուկ պայմանների կարիք ունեցող երեխաների սոցիալ-մշակութային վերականգնման միջոցների մասին:

Ծրագրին մասնակցեցին Լոռու մարզի շուրջ 40 մանկավարժ: Ծրագիրը միտված է մանկավարժների ներառական դասավանդման հմտությունների զարգացման ապահովմանը, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների հետ աշխատելու համար նոր համապատասխան գիտելիքներ և հմտություններ ստանալուն, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների նկատմամբ կարծրատիպերի վերացմանը, կրթության իրավունքի ապահովմանը հավասար պայմաններում:

Ծրագրի ընթացքում մանկավարժները մասնակցում են տեսական և գործնական դասընթացների, ձեռք են բերում գիտելիքներ ներառական կրթության առանձնահատկությունների, երեխաների բազմազանության, իրավական դաշտի, շրջակա միջավայրի հարմարեցման և մատչելիության մեխանիզմների, մանկավարժական հոգեբանության և էթիկայի, միջազգային փորձի և ներառական կրթության մեթոդաբանության վերաբերյալ: 

Ուսումնական շուրջ 20 հաստատության 260 մանկավարժ դասընթացներին մասնակցելու հնարավորություն կունենա: Արդյունքում ակնկալվում են մանկավարժների ներառական դասավանդման հմտությունների զարգացման ապահովում, գեղարվեստական կրթություն իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատություններում կրթության և զարգացման առանձնահատուկ պայմանների կարիք ունեցող երեխաների ընդգրկվածության աճ, ինչպես նաև վերջիններիս կրթության իրավունքի ապահովում:
