POLITICS«Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարին Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը հանդես էր եկել ուշագրավ հայտարարությամբ՝ Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալ ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ, որը լրջորեն մտահոգել է գործող իշխանություններին: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմակիցներն անթաքույց արտահայտեցին իրենց հետաքրքրությունն ու տագնապն այս առնչությամբ, իսկ դրանից առաջ անգամ ՀՀ վարչապետն իր ծավալուն հարցազրույցի մի հատված «նվիրեց» գեներալ Արշակ Կարապետյանի անձին։
Իր վերջին հարցազրույցում խոսելով Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի ստեղծման կարևորության մասին Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշել է․ «Քանի որ մեր դատական համակարգը չի աշխատում, այլ կերպ ասած աշխատում է կոնկրետ անձերի դեմ։ Իսկ դա փաստում է այն հանգամանքը, որ այդքան իրադարձություններից հետո ոչ մի փաստաթուղթ չի ձևակերպվել և գրավոր բացատրություն չեն պահանջել երկրի ղեկավարից հողերը հանձնելու կամ այլ ամենատարբեր հարցերի վերաբերյալ։ Լավ` Սահմանադրական դատարանը, բա Դատախազությո՞ւնը, մի հարց չի գտել հարցում անի, որ նա էլ գրավոր պատասխանի»։
Գեներալ Արշակ Կարապետյանը կարևորել է Սփյուռքի դերը Հայոց ազգային արժանապատվության տրիբունալի ստեղծման և մասնակցության գործում: «Քանի որ հայ ազգը մեծ ու սփռված է աշխարհով, դրա համար Ազգային արժանապատվության դատարանը ստեղծվում է երկրից դուրս և այդ դատարանի որոշումը, չգիտեմ ինչ կորոշի, լինելու է հրաման՝ կատարելու համար։ Տրիբունալի ստեղծումն արդեն մոտեցել է ավարտին, մնացել է միայն իր դատապաշտպանի հարցը լուծենք։ Ամենաբարդն այդ հարցն է, գտնել դատապաշտպան, ով կպաշտպանի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերը»։
ՔՊ-ական դատապաշտպան ունենալը ըստ գեներալի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերից չի բխում․ «Պաշտպանողն էլ պետք է արժանապատվություն ունենա, թե չէ խնդիր կլինի հենց իրենց համար։ Մենք այդ հարցն էլ ենք ուսումնասիրել կան առաջարկներ, դեռ տեսնենք»,- եզրափակել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
