475 մլն դրամ արտահանման խթանման ծրագրին

Արմեն Վարդանյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
2013 թվականից սկսած ՀՀ կառավարությունն սկսել է պետական աջակցություն ցուցաբերել արտահանմանն ուղղված արդյունաբերական քաղաքականության ռազմավարությամբ նախատեսված միջոցառումների իրականացմանը: Ծրագրի նպատակն է ընդլայնել արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի արտահանելի հատվածը և բացահայտել ու զարգացնել արտահանման ներուժ ունեցող կազմակերպությունների կարողությունները: 2016- 2018թթ. պետական միջնաժամկետ ծախսերի ծրագրով նախատեսված է 2016թ. այդ նպատակին հատկացնել 475 մլն դրամ: Իր ս.թ. հունվարի 20- ի նիստում հաստատելով այդ ծրագիրը, գործադիրն ակնկալում է հետևյալ արդյունքները`
-Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի 2016թ. միջոցառումների արդյունավետ կազմակերպում, կանոնադրական գործառույթների իրականացում,
-օտարերկրյա պետություններում և Հայաստանում օտարերկրյա և հայկական ընկերությունների, հնարավոր ներդրողների, սփյուռքահայ գործարարների, պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ ՀՀ տնտեսության, դրա առանձին ոլորտների և կազմակերպությունների զարգացման հնարավորությունների, ներդրումային ծրագրերի ներկայացում և քննարկում,
-մշակող արդյունաբերության ոլորտում արտադրվող ապրանքների համար արտահանվող երկրի համապատասխանության գնահատման մարմնից ներմուծման և իրացման հավաստագրերի կամ այլ փաստաթղթերի ստացման և վերագրանցման, Հայաստանում կենսահամարժեքության փորձաքննության համար կատարված ծախսի համաֆինանսավորում 50 տոկոսի չափով,
-աջակցություն արտահանմանն օժանդակող կառույցների, դիստրիբյուտորների առնվազն 60 ներկայացուցչի այցելությանը Հայաստան և տեղական արտադրողների այցելությանը օտարերկրյա պետություն, ինչպես նաև արդյունաբերական ոլորտի տնտեսվարողներին` կատարված ծախսերի մինչև 50 տոկոսի չափով համաֆինանսավորման ձևով,
-ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ հաստատված սահմանամերձ համայնքներում գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների համանման աշխատանքի համաֆինանսավորում մինչև 75 տոկոսի չափով և այլն:
Ընդունված որոշումը ևս մեկ վկայությունն է այն բանի, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը կարևորում է արտահանմանն ուղղված պետական աջակցությունը: Տարեսկզբից ընդամենը 20 օր է անցել, բայց կառավարությունում վարչապետի նախագահությամբ արդեն երկու անգամ քննարկվել են արտահանման խթանմանը միտված քայլերը:
