«ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ-ն մասնակցել է «Career City Fest 2K24» լավագույն գործատուների փառատոնին
SOCIETYՕրերս «ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ-ն մասնակցել է «Career City Fest 2K24» լավագույն գործատուների փառատոնին, որն անցկացվել է Երևանի «Մերիդիան» էքսպո կենտրոնում։
Փառատոնին «ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ-ն դիրքավորվել է որպես Հայաստանի լավագույն գործատուներից մեկը, որն առաջարկում է աշխատանքի լայն հնարավորություններ և տարբեր հաստիքներ՝ ինչպես սկսնակ, այնպես էլ փորձառու թեկնածուների համար: Ընկերության տաղավարի միջոցով ներկայացվել են թե՛ աշխատանքային առաջարկները, թե՛ այն անվճար առավելությունները, որոնք ձեռք են բերում «ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ հետ գործակցություն սկսող անհատները։ Այդ շարքում են, մասնավորապես, առողջության ապահովագրությունը, օտար լեզուների դասընթացները, մասնագիտական վերապատրաստումները, մարզական ենթակառուցվածքների առկայությունը և այլն։
«Career City Fest 2024» փառատոնին «ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ տաղավարը մեծ հետաքրքրություն և հիացմունք է վայելել մասնակիցների շրջանում՝ թե՛ անհատների, թե՛ գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների մակարդակով։ Այդ շրջանակում ձեռք են բերվել և՛ աշխատանքային, և՛ կորպորատիվ փոխգործակցության պայմանավորվածություններ:
Երկօրյա փառատոնի ընթացքում «ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ-ն մասնակցել է տարբեր ձևաչափով միջոցառումների, այդ թվում՝ EVP Show խորագրով յուրօրինակ շոուին, որտեղ ընկերության գործունեությունը և առաջարկվող հնարավորությունները ներկայացվել են տեսահոլովակի և Մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման թիմի ղեկավարի ելույթի միջոցով։ Վերջինս մասնակցել է նաև «Միֆերից մինչև իրականություն․ ամեն ինչ iGaming ոլորտում կարիերայի մասին» պանելային քննարկմանը։ «ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ՓԲԸ ՄՌ թիմի կողմից անցկացված ինտելեկտուալ մրցույթի լավագույն մասնակիցներն արժանացել են ընկերության արտադրանքը ներկայացնող նվերների։
