Իմփիչմենթ հնարավոր է  միայն մեկ պարագայում՝ փաստացի ունենանք երկիշխանություն երկրում, այսինքն՝ փողոցն այնքան ուժեղ լինի, որ կարողանա ազդել իշխանության կոնֆիգուրացիայի վրա, ճաքեր առաջացնի և ՔՊ-ից որոշակի թվով պատգամավորներ՝ 2 տասնյակ, ճամբարափոխություն անեն և միանան այդ նախաձեռնությանը։

Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության քաղխորհրդի նախագահ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը՝ անդրադառնալով Փաշինյանի իմփիչմենթի գործընթացի մասին Բագրատ Սրբազանի հայտարարությանը․

«Սա իհարկե լուծումներից մեկն է, բայց դրա համար պետք է ուժեղացնել փողոցը, երկրում հաստատել փաստացի երկիշխանություն, որպեսզի իշխանությունը ճաքեր տա»,- ասաց նա։

Հարցին՝ երեկվա հանրահավաքը դրա հնարավորության մասին խոսո՞ւմ է, նա պատասխանեց․

«Հնարավորության մասին խոսում է, բայց բավարար չէ, պետք է զարգացնել։ Եթե շարունակական գործընթացներ բերեն, որոնք իշխանության մոտ խուճապն ու անորոշությունը մեծացնեն, կարող են գալ այդ հանգրվանին։ Կարևոր ու լավ հանրահավաք էր, բայց մի հանրահավաքով այդ խնդիրը չի կարող լուծվել»։

Ինչ վերաբերվում է նրան, արդյոք Շարժումն այդքան կզարգանա, Սուրենյանցն ասաց, որ իր կարծիքով՝ պետք չէ մեկ տարբերակի վրա սևեռվել։ Ըստ նրա՝ ընդդիմությունը պետք է փորձի բոլոր հնարավոր մեթոդներով ճնշումը ուժեղացնել՝ փողոցի պարտադրանքով հրաժարական, իմփիչմենթ, կամ մանդատներից հրաժարումով ճգնաժամի հարուցում և նոր ընտրությունների նշանակում, ժամանակը ցույց կտա հիմա կարևորն այն է որ այընտրանքային իշխանության կենտրոն դառնա Հանրապետության հրապարակը։

Նրա խոսքով՝  մնացած տարբերակները պետք է դիտարկել քաղաքական նպատակահարմարությամբ ու ստեղծված իրավիճակի առանձնահատկություններով։

Հարցին՝ ընդդիմությունը պնդում է, եթե մանդատները վայր դնեն, Փաշինյանի վարչապետության ժամանակ կօգտագործվեն վարչական ռեսուրսները, այս դեպքում նպատակահարմա՞ր է մանդատների վայր դնելը, նա ասաց․

«Եթե մանդատները վայր դնեն, ո՞վ ասաց, որ Փաշինյանը կմնա վարչապետ։ Եթե փաստացի երկիշխանություն հաստատվի, մենք կարող ենք հասնել այնպիսի ընտրությունների անցկացմանը, որտեղ բացառվի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասնակցությունը»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է վարչապետի թեկնածուի ընտրությանը, նա նշեց, որ թեկնածուի ընտրությունն ամենաբարդ ու ամենախնդրահարույց հարցն է։

«Ցավոք սրտի չկա, այնպսիսի քաղաքական գործիչ, որը կոնսոլիդացիայի այդ մակարդակն ապահովի, որը կարողացել է ապահովել Բագրատ Սրբազանը, գուցե դիտարկվի հենց նրա հարցը։

Այդտեղ էլ իրավական ինչ-որ խնդիր կա, բայց այնուամենանիվ դա քաղաքական ամենաարդյունավետ լուծումը կլինի, բայց անձերի վրա որ չկենտրոնանանք, խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը պետք է այնպիսի լուծում գտնի անձի առումով, որը կբավարարի հասարակական, քաղաքական լայն շերտերին։ Այս շարժումն ունի մեկ վառ ընդգծված առաջնորդ, մյուսները կարող են հրապարակում հավաքված այս կամ այն սեգմենտի հավանությանը չարժանանան»,- ասաց նա։

Ճշտող հարցին, նա կողմ կլինի՞ Բագրատ Սրբազանի վարչապետի թեկնածությանը, Սուրենյանցը պատասխանեց․

«Եթե ժամանակավոր լուծում ենք գտնում և եթե դա սահմանադրաիրավական խնդիրներ չի առաջացնում, միանշանակ իր անձն ընդունելի է, միակ խնդիրն է այն է, որ մեր քաղաքական ցանկությունը համընկնի սահմանադրաիրավական կարգավորումների հետ»։

Սուրենյանցը չի գտնում, թե Փաշինյանի հեռացնելուց հետո պետք է շատ արագ գնալ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների։
