«Հինգ իրավապաշտպանների» նախաձեռնությունը, որի կազմում են Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը, Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը, Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը, Սերգեյ Հարությունյանը և Արսեն Բաբայանը, հայտարարություն է տարածել․

«Այսօր ժամը 16:00-ի դրությամբ 095088787 համարով թեժ գծին ստացված շուրջ 40 հեռախոսազանգի, ինչպես նաև համացանցի մշտադիտարկման հիման վրա պարզվել է, որ՝

- 48 քաղաքացի ազատությունից զրկվել է՝ Երևան քաղաքի տարբեր վայրերում տեղի ունեցած խաղաղ անհնազանդության գործողություններն ապօրինաբար ու հարկադրաբար խափանելիս։ Նշված բոլոր քաղաքացիները ենթարկվել են 3 ժամով վարչական ձերբակալման ու ազատ արձակվել։ Ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի, Արաբկիրի, Կենտրոնականի, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի, Էրեբունու բաժիններում նրանց այցելել են փաստաբաններ և ԱԺ պատգամավորներ։

- Էջմիածին քաղաքում զենք կրելու պատրվակով ձերբակալվել է 6 անձ։ Նրանց ձերբակալման իրական պատճառն առերևույթ այն է, որ վերջիններս նախապես հայտարարել էին Էջմիածնի թիվ 7 դպրոցի մոտ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առջև բողոքի խաղաղ գործողություն կատարելու մտադրության մասին։ Նշված անձինք 6 ժամ անց ազատ են արձակվել։ Ձերբկալվածներից որևէ մեկի մոտ զենք կամ արգելված այլ առարկա չի հայտնաբերվել։

- 3 քաղաքացի ազատությունից զրկվել է Արմավիր քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած խաղաղ անհնազանդության գործողություններն ապօրինաբար ու հարկադրաբար խափանելիս։

-Ոստիկանության կողմից անհամաչափ ուժ կիրառելու հետևանքով մարմնական վնասվածք է ստացել մեկ քաղաքացի»։
