Ոստիկանության կոպտությունը, անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառումը, իսկ ոմանց մոտ` ակնհայտ լկտի պահվածքն ուղիղ Փաշինյանից իջեցված հանձնարարություն է:
Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը․
«Վերջինս տարբեր առիթներով, հայտարարություններով շոյել և խրախուսել է ոստիկանական դաժանությունները, ինչը կանաչ լույս է վառել ոստիկանական դաժան վարքագծի համար:
Սրա ուղիղ պատասխանատուն Փաշինյանն է, ինչը սակայն որևէ ձևով չի նվազեցնում այն գլխիկոր կեցվածք ունեցողի անձնական պատասխանատվությունը, որն ունի ՆԳ նախարարը»,- նշել է նա:
Նշենք, որ այսօր առավոտից Տավուշի թեմի առաջնորդ Բագրատ Սրբազանի կոչով Երեւանում փողոցներ են փակվում: Ժամը 08։00-ից նրանք մայրաքաղաքում շուրջ 20 փողոց են փակել։ Ժամը 10.30-ի դրությամբ 134 մարդ է բերման ենթարկվել ոստիկանների կողմից:
Լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակած կադրերում երևում է` ինչպես են ոստիկաններն ուժ կիրառելով բերման ենթարկում բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների, որոշ դեպքերում նաև գետնին տապալելով։ Այդ գործողություների ընթացքում վնասել են օպերատորներից մեկի տեսախցիկը, իսկ 24news.am-ի լրագրողը քաշքշոցի ժամանակ կորցրել է գիտակցությունը:
Սրբազանը նախօրեին կայացած հանրահավաքում կոչ արեց առավոտյան ժամը 8-ից անել «տոտալ դասադուլներ, գործադուլներ, պարալիզացնել ամբողջ քաղաքը եւ ՀՀ զանազան տարածքներ՝ անհամաձայնություն հայտնելով ստին եւ չարիքին»։
